Centuries upon centuries ago, when the young Gods and Goddess first came and discovered our home, there were no creatures more repelled as the Dracorians. They were a breed unlike any other and had all the mystical abilities of the Gods. The world consisted of humans, youkai, Immortals, and Dracorians.
Over time though, the Dracorians began to fade. They died at younger ages. The Immortals relished the idea. They hated the Dracorians because they considered themselves higher than them. Before they could rise once more, the Immortals called a war on them.
Youkai, human and Immortal alike attacked what remained of the majestic creatures. They slaughtered the children and mutilated the females. The elders were given no mercy.
When the war came to an end, only a select few were left. No one knew they had on their hands the young leader. They had thought that the elders had been the leader of the race. The girl child was the only one that understood. She made certain that her people were protected as they were placed within households across the land. Out of this war came a great magic called the "Nesyion de Toran." It was otherwise called the "Magic of Dragons" in Dracorian.
Soon the war became known as th War of Immortals. The power was lost within time. As the years passed on, another war came. The War of Souls. Youkai and humans fought each other. Another jewel came from this war. The Shikon No Tama.
Right after the War of Souls, the few Dracorians left were gathered and given to the Western Lord as a gift. He knew nothing of what they were but knew only that they resembled creatures known as dragons.
One escaped though. During the mayhem of the war, the young leader escaped. She ran away from the youkai that could possibly know of who she was. She gained one ally during her time running. Toutousai, the famous youkai who made great swords. She remained hidden within his lands, taking him on as a grandfather. She gave him her blood to help with his creating of the weapons Tetsaiga and Tensaiga. She gave her blood to create a great weapon known as Toukijin. Toutousai never betrayed her though.
But now there is fear. Rumours have been floating about. Tales of her own jewel. There have been attacks within the vicinity of Toutousai's layer and she is worried. She also knows that what remained of her people were rotting away within the grasp of the western lord. Now she has to find a way to free them.

ProfilesYUkiSukinomoto Gaia Name: YUkiSukinomoto Name: Kagome Age: 15 Gender: Female Race: Human Personality: Kagome is a very stubborn person but acts as a mother to the other members of the group. She often fights with Inu Yasha because he can't understand her in the least bit. Still in the end it is their safety and well being that she is most concerned about. She hates to be useless so she fights alongside them and tries to practice her archery to become better in battle. Appearance: Kagome has black hair and brown eyes. She stands at a height of 5'1" and weighs 109 lbs. History: Kagome Higurashi was just a normal teenage girl living in Tokyo at the Sunset Shrine in the year 1997. Then, on the day of her fifteenth birthday, she stumbles into an old well on the shrine that her family cares for. A centipede demon grabs her and demands that Kagome give her the Shikon Jewel. Having no idea what the demon is talking about, she panics and somehow emits a purple light from her hands that appears to kill the demon. After climbing back out of the well, she sees that she is in a forest. Running to where her house should be, she finds a tree with a boy pinned to it. Then villagers from a nearby village attack her thinking she is a shape shifting demon. The priestess of the village, Kaede, notices that Kagome strongly resembles her dead sister, Kikyou. During their conversation, the demon attacks again. Kagome runs to the tree that the boy is pinned to, and after being injured by the demon, she releases the boy. The boy immediately demands that she hand over the jewel. By this time Kaede arrives and places a magical necklace on the boy that will immobilize him when Kagome says the word "sit". Kaede explains to her about the boy, Inuyasha, and how he was pinned to the tree. She also concludes that Kagome is the reincarnation of Kikyou. The Meer Campbell Gaia Name: The Meer Campbell Name: Maeve Age: 15 Gender: Female Race: Demon Witch Personality: She's rather flirtatious and tries to act as cute as she can, but she only acts like this towards men she finds attractive. To other women, she's cruel and insulting towards, especially when she feels threatened or jealous of them. The reason why she is flirtatious is because it's the only way for her to cope with the loss of her love. Appearance:HairstyleFaceBodyOutfitHistory: A few years ago, a horde of demons ravaged her village, leaving Maeve and a few others as survivors. Among the dead, was the love of Maeve's life. Unable to live without him, she sought out the demon witch Urasue to bring her dead love back to life. It was during this time that Urasue was working to resurrect Kikyo. This was when she first spotted Inuyasha, who reminded her of her dead love. Due to Kikyo killing her mentor, Maeve was devastated thought her fondest wish could not be carried out. Unable to cope with such circumstances, she joined Inuyasha, hoping it would ease the pain of her loss. Ravens_Fire Gaia Name: Ravens_Fire Name: Yakuru Aogiri (Burning Phoenix Tree) Age: Looks about 17 but is about 1056 Gender: Female Race: Dracorian Personality: Yakuru is very protective of those she considers family and her people as well. She doesn't like being the center of attention but doesn't mind it when she is. She is otherwise coldhearted, except for those who know her. Appearance: Her hair is a bright red with bits and pieces of strands that are a bit dimmer. It honestly appears as if her hair is made of flames. It is curly and falls down to her hips. Her eyes are like looking into the eyes of a phoenix. They are aurora gold color. A silver starburst lay directly in the middle of her eyes around cat-like pupils. She stands at 5'11”. History: Yakuru grew up in captivity. When the war happened, she managed to escape and ran to Toutousai. He took her in and saved her from a fate worse than death. She felt guilty leaving her people in the grips of the Western Lord but knew it had to happen. Her only connection to her people is her heart, the Neysion de Toran. It still lies within her chest waiting for the day that it is pulled from it. It is double the power of the Shikon but its power can only be used by someone who has Dracorian Blood. lurkindarkness Gaia Name: lurkindarkness Name: Naraku Age: 50 (appears/acts 23) Gender: Male Race: Hanyou (for most part, Yokai) Personality: Naraku is essentially emotionless – however he occasionally shows his sadistic side when he is in a battle. He is almost always a step ahead of his enemies and due to his powers – he can tell what his incarnations are thinking, and possibly the thoughts of some others too. For the most part, he is just another power-hungry demon with a group of followers, the only difference being that he has most of the power he hungers. Appearance: Naraku stands at about 5'10" most of the time, although due to his various powers - his height can vary depending on what form he is in. His eyes are a demonic red (although they occasionally appear to be a usual black), usually in a nonchalant glare to match his expressionless features. He has pale skin to contrast with his wavy black hair that usually reaches down to the top of his hips. Naraku commonly wears blue eye shadow and the occasional lipstick of a matching color. He has been seen wearing many things, ranging from a baboon pelt to a purple kimono, but has been seen wearing a blue-purple kimono with spider-like armor made from a bony material with a red, eye-shaped gem in the center. When in one of his demonic forms, his lower half becomes an amorphic blob of flesh, usually taking the form of a spider like lower half, although usually the tentacles are just used to attack and envelop his enemies. History: Originally a human by the name of Onigumo, Naraku gains his title as a "half-demon" because he is merely hundreds of demons possessing the body of a human. His human side has been known to seep out at aggravating times, however the true “power” of Onigumo only remains in the heart. Through his various incarnations, created through his own flesh and blood, he has managed to banish the heart of Onigumo – which may have him considered a full demon, although most have stopped attempting to classify him. While he has been weakened many a time by the inuyokai brothers – he has only been gaining more power as time goes on, both independently and using the power of the Shikon jewel.
