blindfaith^_^ question Do you meditate? Yes blindfaith^_^ question Do you incorporate meditation into your spiritual practices and if yes then how do you? I don't have a religion nor do I believe in it. So I don't really need to incorporate it into anything. Nor do I see a reason for any others too. Meditation is normally thought of a way to reach the calm, relaxation of your mind. blindfaith^_^ question What are some techniques you use or have read about on how to meditate? Nothing much. I've read to invision yourself into a white light, that you should drain all your negative energy into the core of the earth. I personally don't completely agree with the second tactic. But I use my Triple 3:2:1 method to relax and just work my mind into tuning everything out and concentrate on what I need to know. blindfaith^_^ question What do you hope to gain through meditation (if anything)? It depends. Normally I look for a way in to open doors in my self and check them out. To learn of my secrets and things like that. I do it also to know all of my powers and my past lives.

question Do you meditate? Yes
question Do you incorporate meditation into your spiritual practices and if yes then how do you? Yes, I do. I do lots of candle magick, so I found it easier if I do candle meditation just before I do my magick.
question What are some techniques you use or have read about on how to meditate? I use any techniques, really. First I open up my chakras, then I light candles and incense and sit down and just drift off in to a trance.
question What do you hope to gain through meditation (if anything)? Concentration, a feeling of spirituality (I get the feeling after every time I meditate), openness.

question Do you meditate?
Yes, but not regularly. I should do that. There was this one week that I did a meditation for a mandatory half an hour each morning... totally prepared one for the day.
question Do you incorporate meditation into your spiritual practices and if yes then how do you?
I primarily use it to focus myself if I'm feeling particularly disjointed from reality or ungrounded in some way. Other times I might do some light calming techniques when preparing for rituals, but they usually are not deep enough to qualify as meditations to me.
question What are some techniques you use or have read about on how to meditate?
When I first started I did use chant. The source of this chant is somewhat amusing, but at the time it worked for me. I've generally stopped using chants and am able to blank out my mind by using other techniques. I sort of expand my awareness and dissolve my sense of self... become not a distinct individual but fully part of everything around me. Through that my own self-consciousness disappears. Energies come into sharper focus.
question What do you hope to gain through meditation (if anything)?
I talked about some of that above. If I'm feeling ungrounded, it usually gets my head back in the right order. Or if I've been thinking too much it introduces some quiescence. On some occasions I use altered states of consciousness (maybe meditative, maybe not) for some other pathworking in the otherworlds.

Do you meditate? No. But I'd like to learn.
Do you incorporate meditation into your spiritual practices and if yes then how do you? I would but it probably wouldn't happen that often.
What are some techniques you use or have read about on how to meditate? I'll get back to you on that. What do you hope to gain through meditation (if anything)? A connection of some sort. I'd have to try it first.

Ooh fun. heart
Do you meditate? Yes, in a way.
Do you incorporate meditation into your spiritual practices and if yes then how do you? Yes. It lets me get in touch with myself and acknowledge 'the other side'. If you understand.
What are some techniques you use or have read about on how to meditate? Just to purify yourself or imagine a calm place. I lay down and try not to think of anything but my soul and someplace nice, my guide.
What do you hope to gain through meditation (if anything)? Answers

Guess I should finally answer my own questions. Everyone has had really interesting answers by the way and while I don't have too much to respond to it was still nice to see people's responses. smile
question Do you meditate?
Yes
question Do you incorporate meditation into your spiritual practices and if yes then how do you?
Yes I do. I meditate daily in the morning and at night. In the morning it is to help set my intention and at night it is partly to help focus on what went well and what needs a little more energy. I also meditate to help raise energy or to help gain focus.
question What are some techniques you use or have read about on how to meditate?
I focus on my breathe usually.
On occassion I have meditated through doing the same repetive movement and that's been pretty interesting.
question What do you hope to gain through meditation (if anything)?
Relaxation, focus, better energy flow, and more awareness of the moment.

I meditate, but, only when I have time and am not lazy/busy. . I should do a more regular practice, but I dont. . xd
I will sometimes use meditation to center myself and well, try to see the way through difficult situations. . but I think that spirituality is more than just sitting down for 30 minutes a day and meditating. . it is well, living it, living how you feel is right. . etc
I mostly either use visualizations, or focus on breath. . a few times have focused on a flame. .
I expact to get relaxation and the such from meditation. . also I sometimes get good ideas during it, and it does enhance my energy too. .

I meditate atleast 5times a day and thats not counting a technique I call walking meditation.
I do it to keep my emotions stable and to gain knowledge.
I think meditation is the key to infinite wisedom and knowledge.
