The Daycare
A simple daycare roleplay. We need babysitters and kittens/children. Try to keep the amount even ^^
Schedule
6:00 AM - Daycare opens
6:00 - 6:30 AM - Breakfast
6:30 - 7:00 AM - Story Time
7:00 - 8:00 AM - Free play (indoors)
8:00 - 9:00 AM - Arts & Crafts
9:00 - 10:00 AM - Nature Walk
10:00 - 10:30 AM - Nature Talk
10:30 - 11:00 AM - Free play (outdoors)
11:00 - 12:00 PM - Lunch
12:00 - 1:00 PM - Nap Time
1:00 - 2:30 PM - Make-Believe Time
2:30 - 3:00 PM - Snacktime & Free play (outdoors)
3:00 ------ To be detirmined for that specific day
(don't forget to state when your kitten arrives at the daycare!)
All staff must be in the Daycare building by 5:30 AM.
Breakfast
The staff must cook a delicious and healthy snack for the kids with their brand new kitchen. It should have one serving of fruit, one serving of vegetables, and some sort of warm, wheat containing, piece of food (waffles, cereal, pancakes, sandwiches, etc...). Lastly, the kids have a choice of orange juice, apple juice, and milk. Also, staff must spoon-feed kittens who are not capable of feeding themselves.
Story Time
The daycare should be evenly divided into three groups. Each group goes to a babysitter. That babysitter will read you a short story. When the story is over, the babysitter should ask what the moral of the story is (if it has one) and if you enjoyed the book or not.
Free Play (indoors)
The kids can play in the playroom inside the daycare (remember, the daycare looks like a regular house, except much much bigger). There are blocks, toy houses (life size and minature), plastic weapons, a plastic cooking set, cardboard ovens, dolls (yes, even Barbie =O), and for lazy kids; pillows.
Arts & Crafts
The arts and crafts are obviously held in the arts and crafts room. Basically, the staff thinks of a fun art project that the kids can do. The cupboards have glitter (silver & gold), paint (primary colors), pastels, play-dough, homemade dough (colorless and hardens quickly), pompoms (reminds me of Homestar Runner o.o Random comment, sorry XD), pipecleaners, googly eyes (large, small, medium), floam, foam shapes, gluesticks, hot glue, original white glue, purple glue, rocks, pebbles, and bottles.
Nature Walk
A babsitter will accompany the entire daycare in a nature walk through the backyard. The backyard is actually pretty big. It's big enough to get lost in. There are over 100 trees and too many plants and animals. There's a little stream leading into a small lake with fish.
Nature Talk
When they return back to the building, they will talk about what they learned. Pretty simple, no?
Free Play (outdoors)
Kids will be able to play outside in the backyard. There are three playgrounds. One is for kittens, the other is for children, and the other is so huge that it's for older children (8+). The playground for kittens includes a swingset (cannot go on without adult supervision), a slide, a playhouse (complete with a window, plastic kitchen, bathroom (with a plastic toilet 8D) and a plastic bedroom). The playground for children is like the kitten one, except much bigger. The playground for older children has everything the previous playground have, plus three more slides and swingsets. They also have a pole slider-down thingy (dunno what it's called o.o) and monkey bars.

Beatrice sat in the corner of the daycare clutching onto a pillow. The pillow actually belonged to the daycare, but she claimed it as hers anyway. She actually never let anyone touch it except a few lucky boys that she thought attractive. Even for her young age, she could tell the difference between cute and smart boys, and cute and dumb boys. It was quite obvious. The smart boys would be the ones who didn't touch her beloved pillow and the less smarter boys would be the ones who did touch it. If someone did touch it without her permission, she would respond by giving them a piercing and painful bite. Often, she was scolded at when she responded like this. That's why she recently began biting them right before the were picked up.
