I need advice, duh, Well as some of you may or may not know i highly want to be involoved in the tattoo/peircing industry. If i want to i can call right now and start being an apprentice, i have the money and i have a good idea who i wanna take it under. Thing is, i dont know which one to take first stressed . If i start peircing i can get alot of customers, and if i start tattooing i have some good friends that want some small things done. From what i hear tattoo apprentiships run 1 - 3 years (Am i right?) but i dont know how long a peircing one is. Someone help me with my stupid little questions? sweatdrop Whoever does ill give them a cookie? xd

In my opinion, and from personal experience; most people excel at one or the other. You need to put your energy in to one thing (or at least master one before the other).

I know im gonna be better at one or the other and i planed on doing one at a time. I just dont know which one to do first.. Is peircing the cheapest apprentiship?

Go ask. Whether and how much an apprenticeship costs, and the duration depends on what studio you go to and who your mentor is. You already know who you want to work under, but haven't asked?
Also, you'll likely be required to have first aid, CPR and blood-borne pathogens certification done before starting either. If you can't decide which you'd like to do, then wait a year or so until you know.
