I watched a showed called A Haunting in Georgia on the Discovery channel and they said that if you acknowledge the entity, it gets stronger, so it's better you ignore it. However, the family in the story went and got a exorcism from the church. If you're having an exorcism, it acknowledges that the entity is there, and would that make it stronger?

No what he is saying is that if your house is haunted it is best to ignore it otherwise it gets stronger.

Amen to the get stronger thing. :[ Personal experience.
However, an exorcism gets rid of the haunting so it isnt there to get stronger. =D

I have seen that one. I luff dat show... whee heart ... Amen... Anyways......... I get what you're saying, but it usually gets stronger because you think many terrible things it could do. Thats why it would get stronger, but.... Since something religious is doing the exorcism then it gets weaker. Do you understand? And yes I have this happen to me as well. Many times to be infact. well i am not sure about the getting stronger thing if u ignore it, think about it, it could just get stronger just to get your attention ya know? i am not so sure about the whole church thing, although i think my husband needs one done on him, but i can't do that one because he's 1700 miles away from me.....i just need to find a witch that is like many times more powerful than me.. know of anyone?
