The purpose of this topic is to provide all crew members with a list of people within the guild who have been issued warnings so that we won't be making any mistakes. If you warn someone, please list their name along with the reason for the warning as well as the crew member who sent the warning. Hopefully, this list will help us in avoiding two crew members warning the same person for the same offence. Please note that this list is to be kept CONFIDENTIAL to everyone except crew members and must not be shared with other members of the guild. The format for the list will be like this: Person warned:

For the thread [pregnancy scare] for saying "It's that time of month and Sin didn't post a thread about her PMS, think she's pregnant?" then stating in a later post "Oh no, it is a personal attack." Reason: In "Photoshop Users" thread he harassed Sin about how she gives advice and her knowledge of photoshop. He's given Sin a hard time for no reason numerous times before, and has been warned once because of it. Therefore I told him this is his final warning, next time he gets a temp ban.

I think it would be a good idea for us to be able to keep track of such. :nodnod: I'm for it, as it would keep us from making mistakes that could turn out bad. xp

I agree. We need an official list of people who have been warned...but have we even had anyone that needed a warning yet?
This could be the offical warning list too. What do you think?

I know afue people were worned in the old guild(Myself included crying ) , But none have been worned in this guild yet in my knolage. When all the world turns away to leave you lonely

Alrighty then. I'll just go and change my first post.
Right. So if any of us give warnings to other guild members, put their name down along with your reason for warning them. Also, warnings are non-transferable. wink Since this is a new guild, everyone is going to start off with a clean slate.

Reason: Editing posts without permission of the thread creator, when there was no rule violation and not leaving the 'Edited by' line at the end of the post as required in the rules
