Common Rules of the Manor
Why hello again! If you ever have any comments or questions, please feel free to contact any of the authorities of this house. That being said, you must follow all the house rules in order to keep your piece in this manor.
No foul language to defile the master's home.
We will allow relationships here, but do not cyber. In fact, do not cyber at all. EVER. EVER.
No toleration of "bumping", unless it is done in the Discussion Table. It's just unnecessary.
Do not harass any of the other guests.
You must be literate when speaking.
Be courteous to all of the management and employees here, as we are trying to make your life as easy as possible.
No large pets are allowed! They make things too hard to keep track of. A good example of a smaller pet would be a small dog up to a Labrador, a cat, or a bird up to an eagle.
In each post you must include your character's picture, which may be done either by "imgleft" or "imgright".
You must be human to stay here, this is not some horror/ freak show.
Each new member MUST start in the Entrance Hall.
If your character is in a thread that is used as a wing (e.g. West Wing), then they must include in the post which room they are in at that time. For example, let us say that I am in the West Wing, but I am in the West Rotunda. You put West Rotunda in your post.
All role playing must be conducted through third person. We will not accept noob role playing such as *My person suddenly walks up and slices his throat*. Use role playing such as this: Darrel slithered and slunk his way over to his unsuspecting victim, Michael. More information on this can be found in the literacy guide, found here.
