Pirates are fun-loving and have big guns. Ninjas are too serious and say Waaa! rofl Who says that? Besides, Pirates have cool swords AND guns... and ships... and cool clothes... *goes off on rant about everyting pirates own*

Okay, even though I'm on the ninjas' side, I'm going to try and be objective here.
Pirates:
Pros --> 1.You can have a pirate from any country and no one will think twice about that; 2. they have guns; 3. they have that movie trilogy going for them (Pirates of the Caribbean).
Cons --> 1. They're typically portrayed as gluttons and drunkards, which is a definite turn-off if done in excess; 2. they're connected to the fake merchandise thing (especially here in the Philippines); 3. the stories about them canget a little repetitive.
Ninja:
Pros --> 1. There are lots of stories with at least one ninja as a character (be it as a protagonist or an antagonist); 2. their fighting style and weapons are very versatile; 3. everyone loves a mysterious, strong, well-built guy (typical portrayal of male ninja).
Cons --> 1. Ninja have to be at least half-Japanese (if not, then at least half-Oriental), or someone who grew up in Japan (a Mexican/English/Russian/Portuguese ninja will attract a lot of questions); 2. their pasts or childhoods can get a little repetitive, never mind that we can often relate to that; 3....
hmm...I can't seem to think up a third item negative stuff about the ninja. And since both groups are tied with three positive things about them, that means we have to look at the list of negative qualities. So...
I guess that means ninjas win. xd

Fear the ninjas.
1 ninjas and pirates learn how to use cannons if i am right or worng meaning they know gun powder, 2 they know blacksmith and craftsmenship but theres a differnce ninjas get shurikens sameria swords assian blades and spears. whil the lonely pirates have daggers and plain swords with curves, 3 they both have a arg or a short phase or not. 4 they knwo how to use ships. and 5 ninjas stories have mrystical monsters while the pirates have sea monsters and the ninja have land m outian mist and ect. i rest me case.
