Here are some pictures from chapter 90, It's the GetBackers Manga Ending! check em' out happy endie! Kazuki with Juubei and Tokishi <3  Shido and Madoka...and Makubex out in the city!  Masaki and Hevn  Team transpoter ready to work again..  Emishi gets a new job...he opens hes own maid cafe!   Ginji and Ban, G & B 4ever xD  'the end' *tears of joy* crying  Let's go, Ginji!" "Yeah, Ban-chan!!" the overlay text reads: "A shop of friends, a tumult of ways -- the two sprinting and this town will never change!" past post Get Backers is a manga series written by Yuya Aoki and illustrated by Rando Ayamine. It is published by Kodansha in Japan and serialized in Shonen Magazine. The series has lasted for 37 volumes, and is projected to have 39 volumes; it has ended its serialization in Japan on 21 Feb 2007.

Yes, GetBackers series if near to end T-T for me it's sad but I also can't wait to know the ending.

I can't wait to know what Yuya-sensei plans for the ending. GetBackers is such a good series I'm trilled to know the ending.
I want a second season, maybe they should created another season after the manga have ended.

OMG! I can't believe the series is finally finished. I'm so happy, yet sad about it. crying
But yeah, there should definately be a 2nd season. They just had to rush the 1st one and couldn't fit all the plot in it. Hence why I like the manga version better.
And who's read vol. 17 of the tokyopop release yet?

I have up through 38 of the manga in japanese and the last fight Akabane was a part of was when he fought the light user (whose name currently escapes me but I know I've mentioned somewhere on the forums before). Unless he becomes a major part of 39 (which I haven't ordered yet and it'll probably be a while before I can afford it) I doubt we'll see him fight all out at the end.

In the end Ginji was the strongest I guess, even thought his Raitei persona disappears he still retain it's power.
the best part was the REAL fight of Ban and Akabane this time they fought all out and both show 100% of thier powers, I thought Midou Ban was #1 but he got beat by Akabane *can't accept*
and the ending is kinda confusing for me and ginji ...the two worlds >.>
