Rules:
1: No unlicensed or stolen chocobos.
2: No disrupting or joining races in progress.
3: Spend Stats correctly.
4: If you are ahead of the starting chocobo in the race by two upgrades DO NOT join the race. Try to keep it fair.
5: If a racer becomes inactive for two days after all other racers have finished contact a mod to declare the race over.
