I hate how Tom is conceding to the Vice President's strongarming. He literally threatened a government official from another country to get his own way. Doesn't that count as terrorism in some way? By definition, yes, that would be terrorism. However, being as the United States has full nuclear arsenals, nuclear submariens, ballistic missiles on battleships, and a seemingly endless flank of land batallions, the Ambassador could really do absolutely nothing about it, or his whole country could have been destroyed, and no other country with the possible exceptions of Russia and China would have done anything about it because the US would come after them next. That's how international relations works. You can do anything you want so long as you have the firepower to back yourself up.
