These rules are really important and breaking any of them can be damaging to you and your Scampers. I like to keep things neat and tidy in my threads/guilds and when dealing with making money, rules are very important.
1. Follow The Scampers rules
2. Follow the Gaia TOS
3. Do not steal anyone's artwork or ideas!! This is a major offense and can result in banning your account. Don't do it!
4. Respect one another! All problems that may occur cannot must be reported to me, Moonlit Market, and will be worked out in PMs and private chats.
5. You MUST get approval from Moonlit Market and pay a 300g construction fee (to Moonlit Market) before building your shop!
6. Any thread I or the colorists see that were made without permission will be deleted, no matter how much time and effort was put into it.
7. Each shop can make it's own rules but the rules must be in agreement with the Gaia TOS and these rules.
8. Keep everything, including art, PG-13
9. When making a shop and selling things for gold and items it means you are committed to doing these things, under a contract. If something comes up and your not here, let everyone know. Failure to not follow through with work when someone has paid will result in blacklisting and deletion of the shop.
10. Understand that all shopkeepers have a life outside Gaia, but after 3 months of being inactive then a refund is required.
11. You get three strikes to break the contract, if this happens more than three times the shopkeeper will have to close their shop.
12. Nothing sold in created shops are allowed to go onto a Scampers cert unless stated otherwise by Kaoru
