Yes, I know, I am a boy. And I am writing haikus. I get it. I get made fun of for this fact, believe me.
Anyway.

GaiaOnline, cool
How to describe what I see?
I give it a ten.

Though they are traditionally supposed to be about nature.

Their pattern is:
5 syllables
7 syllables
5 syllables

Such as this:

The wind blows gently,
Changing unexpectedly,
Loving and quiet.

Well, anyways.... so c'mon, try to make some up!
Annnnnnnnnd..... whoever writes the best haiku gets 500 gold! ^_^

Ah, haiku, always difficult to do in american, im told. >_<; I used to love haiku.
Time to attempt one!

O gushing river
You flow by so serenely
You're waves blue silk cloths.

A sad excuse for haiku. -_-; I am more of a writer, not a poet. ^^;

Nah, that was a great haiku! 3nodding I entered a haiku in a poetry contest once. I got third place.
Another time, I entered an autobiography, and I got first place in Parish.
