Have you ever won a housing item and thought, "I wish I had this in a different color?" Have you ever bought a housing item that's no quite the right shade? Or maybe you've wanted to play with different colors of wallpaper or carpet, but you don't want to spend the gold to buy every color.
I know I wanted the same chance to play with my housing items the way I play with my avatar's clothes while using the preview function in the stores. So I came up with a solution:
I'm buying one or more of every housing item that has more than one color so that other people don't have to. Instead, for a small fee (about 1% of the value), people can swap what they have for a different color and, in some cases, even a different item!
I call it the Housing Swap Shop.
Don't buy the same items over in another color, swap with me, instead. biggrin
