1.) You MUST have at least read up to volume 6 to RP here, or have seen the anime in its entirety. This rule guarantees that everyone who's roleplays at least knows enough about the series to roleplay it correctly. I've seen so many Negima RPs that are definitely NOT in the spirit of the series, and I don't want this guild to join that number. Thanks.
However, if you haven't, you are still welcome to join the guild and chat with other members- you just can't roleplay. If you haven't read them, and can't afford the books(or can't get them from the library), PM me and I'll send you a link to where you CAN read it for free. smile . I don't encourage this, however- TRY to get the books.
2.) Keep the discussion and language to a PG rating. You can say minor curse words, however, keep them to a minimum.
3.) Please do not discuss yaoi or yuri pairings, as it may offend some people.
4.) Do NOT post any yaoi/yuri pictures.
5.) Don't God Mod. No one likes it.
Also, remember that while a character can be powerful, such as Evangeline and Nagi, they are not invincible. They can be hurt, even by elemental attacks that they specialize in.(They just don't get hurt as much as other people would.)
6.) Also remember to stay in character.(If you play a premade.) Think as the character would.
7.) You may have up to 4 series characters, and up to 5 originals.(9 character total.)
8.) Chatspeak isn't allowed. No one wants to try to interpret it, and typing in full sentences makes a person look better, anyway. smile
9.) Please do NOT create characters that are exactly the same as someone from another series. (Ex, such as bringing Shinji Ikari from Evangelion on the board.). For one thing, these characters don't belong in the series. Second, they wouldn't go to this school, and third, it's unoriginal. However, BASING your character off another one is fine.
(EX, having a character based off Alphonse Elric(human version) from Fullmetal Alchemist, who ISN'T him. He could have similar personality traits, and even a similar hair color to him, but it couldn't be EXACTLY the same. An example is a character named Albert Erikson who is kind, loves cats, and is a very responsible person for their age. He might also have the second personality trait as hating dogs, or liking classical music, something the original lacked. The character might also have brown hair, and blue eyes, making him different from Al.) Doing this kind of thing is perfectly fine. Also, having other series characters appear as a CAMEO appearance is fine, as long as it works well in context.(Such as seeing Flonne from Disgaea around on occasion, but her never becoming more than a character with one or 2 lines, and who leaves quickly.)

10. All characters can be roleplayed, as long as they've only appeared from up to book 22.
11. PLEASE write the name of the character that you're roleplaying in your posts. Simply writing "Walks in and sits down" doesn't cut it. Most people won't know WHO walked in, and thus, will like ignore your post.
