ok I created a thread in the main gaia community -- when you get a PM asking for your PW in addition to reporting the PM please go to that thread and post the name of the person that is sending out the PM so that maybe we can help those who don't know or comprehend that it is a scam.

Wow! Thanks! I've had 2 different people within the past few weeks try to get my PW. Needless to say they were reported.

That's funny, because I have never had anybody send me a PM with an attempt to scam me. I guess that's because I don't post in the chatterbox much...or anywhere much. I just bump quest threads and post in guilds.
