You get one day on the calender. It can be your birthday or another special day that you like to remember if you don't celebrate your birthday for whatever reason.
Depending on how active you are in the guild the guild mule Lovespi will gift you something, be it gold, an item that you may have been questing or something else you have requested like avi art. On that note if you are artistically inclined you may be paid to do said art as the guild mule has very little artistic ability sweatdrop If you do you will get credit for you work.
