Here in the Contest Hall is where we, members and moderators, can create contests for other members to participate in. Whether or not they have a prize is up to the person running in, as well as whether or not there is an entry fee.
Just keep the contests fair.

avatar contests
writing contests
lotteries
dice competitions
etc.
