Prof. Weasley has many books and cages with little creatures in them. Pixies, gnomes, lizards that have 6 eyes..... A whole array of odd fellers. The room is large, damp, and has a door that opens into the courtyard of Hogwarts. His classes are sometimes outside.

Steve had watched A'Marie run up the stairs with a smirk on her face. She waited until A'Maire was out of sight and than she elbowed Victor. "This way." She slid over to the wall and pushed a piller aside and slid into the gap in the wall. She went through the spaces slowly so Victor could follow her, if he had come in in the first place, she hadn't really bothered to check. After crawling through a particularly tight space, she pushed at the wall which swung open. She stepped out into the hallway right across from the Care of Magical Creatures room, walked over to the door and sat down waiting for the others.

Victor didn't exactly prefer to be the pokey one. Er..the slow one. He followed Steve and smirked as the two of them appeared before A'Marie and her 'whipped' Souxe. He leaned against the door, taking note that the teacher had yet to appear. For some reason, that amused him. Once A'Marie got here, he was planning to barricade and lock the teacher outside of his own classroom.

A'Marie walked around the corner to the room and her eyes went wide. She quickly hid her surprise with a glare at Souxe. She always hated it when Steven went about using her silly passageways of secrecy. She glanced at Victor when great idea popped into her head to start off this great year of Prefect-ism.
Souxe looked rather confused at Steve and then at A'Marie and then at Victor and then cringed at A'Maries eyes. But quickly forgot and started to follow a small cricket on the ground.

Steve glared at A'Maire. "You were thinking of calling me Steven again weren't you." There was only anger in voice. Her hair swayed as if a very light breeze had passed through the hall. One strand lick with flame at the very tip for a second. "I urge you to reconsider." She turned to Souxe and laughed. "If you keep carrying on like that it will take but a moron to figure you out." She tried the door to the classroom and it opened willingly. She peered inside blocking the entire doorway.

Souxe looked inocently at Steve and dropped the cricket in his hand. It gleefully hopped away missing two of its limbs. Souxe stood up straight and put on his usual look of boredom. Being a human for so long was starting to mess with cat sences. He needed to be a cat moreoften or both sides would be altered. He couldn't beleive have he was acting. This was nothing like him. He pulled a sudden change in character.
"I beleive it's time to give some rules to the teachers..." He looked over a A'Marie. Souxe was back.
A'Marie gave a sinful smile and looked at Steve. "Does anyone know a good hex?" She was glad Souxe was starting to be himself again.

"I'm sorry did you say something?" Steve pulled her head out of the room and looked back at A'Marie. Of course she had actually heared her, but she really didn't feel like continuing that particular conversation. She walked into the classroom and found a seat on the far left.

A'Marie glared in the direction of a small Hufflepuff boy who had just started walking towards them. He was lost and now quite frightened. He froze in his spot and A'Marie started to laugh softly. She turned and entered the classroom. She took a seet ontop of a desk near the back.
Souxe followed her glare and noticed the boy. He gave the kid an almost demonic smile. "Hey boy!...Do you like candy?" The boy nodded and started walking towards Souxe. "Here." Souxe held out his hand and gave the boy a small purple candy wrapped in wax paper. The boy ate the candy and his skin turned purple with little yellow stripes all over. Souxe smiled again and entered the classroom and sat down next to A'Marie. The boy cluelessly wandered down the hall way trying to find his class.

"I believe this is the part of the show where I wonder where our teacher is. Hey Mar. Where do you suppose our teacher is." Steve didn't really care where he was or wether or not he would show up, but it was part of prodedure for her to express some form of concern.

"He probably got attacted by the gnomes outside behind that old cabin near the forbidden forest." A'Marie got up and looked out the window At of course he saw a few figures down there yelling angerly at a lot of smaller figures. She watched as they cast a few spells at the gnomes and started tword the castle. "He is on his way." She told Steve matter-o-factly. A few more kids came in a sat down in the room. A'Marie went back to her seat and sat down in her seat next to Steve and Souxe.

"Alright! Everyone, to your seats. Might I mention that whoever is late to my class from now on, gets to clean the cages in detention?" Ron spun around, his red hair twirling, and tapped the chalk board with his wand. The chalk flew up and started dancing on the board, drawing a diagram. "This, is your standard garden gnome. Now, since it is our first day, we are going to have a little fun. We will go outside, and each of you will get to try your hands at de-gnoming. Whoever gets the farthest distance, wins a box of Honeydukes candies."

Victor couldn't help but arch an eyebrow at the redheaded teacher. It just seemed so odd to see him hypocritically spouting out being late when he himself must have been late. Professor Weasley's words meant nothing to the early Slytherins. Yet, the idea of having a box of Honeydukes candies sounded delicious. So long as it wasn't those blood pops. Victor Belli couldn't stand those in the least. "Professor, may I inquire as to what kind of candies are in the box?"

A'Marie sighed. De-gnoming was not a job fit for a witch. She couldn't beleive what he was asking, then again, he was a Weasly. A'Marie disliked most of Honeydukes candies anyway. She looked over at Victor when he spoke. Why try to win the box when she could have her dad buy her some.
Souxe looked over at A'Marie and from the look on her face, they must have been thinking the same thing. Even though he had a longing for a blood pop...

Steve smirked. She prefered Prof. Weasley when he was in this kind of a mood, and she was quite looking forward to starting her schooling with a little bit of manual labor. She got a little anoyed with all of the wand waving and staring first thing in the morning just begging you to fall asleep again. "Yes Professor," she said glancing a Victor. "Pray tell." She really had no use for candy, she would eat and she would enjoy it, but would find it useless all the same. She just liked to know precisely what they were in for. Winning an embarasing sort of candy would mean extra effort on her part. Can't give people an inch these days. Also, she wasn't about to throw a gnome as hard as she could if others were not going to work for it.........she settled down in her chair as these thoughts spun around inside her head.

"Ah, for those who want to know, and whom don't really want to take part, I'm sure you''ll be lifting your head at the mention of 5 lbs of Honeydukes chocolate, and why not throw in a butter beer too? Alright, those who want credit for the day, please, follow me. " He wiped the board, and went out the door, and beckoned for the class to follow him.
