Clan: Bei Fong- This clan can control earth with their Chi. they are skilled in making large earthly models or they can use it for attack. They have to master the Neutral Jing to do this:
Stage 1: Beginning Neutral Jing(( mastered))
they can throw a dust and rocks at the opponent. It can be used as a cover attack or just to do it
Stage 2: Mostly Completed Neutral Jing((mastered))
They can smash large boulders with any body part, but it takes a lot of concentration to do so. They can also make large shields for defence
Stage 3: Completed Neutral Jing((Mastered))
They can do anything that they would like to do with the Earth, But it takes lots of Practice to achieve this stage.
Stage 4: After completion (( Completed..Now mastered her bloodline))
The person can either Bend through metal or sand, No one has been able to get to this level just yet..but only one will. Toph chosen to bend through Metal..She is the only one from her clan who can do this now

Earth whirlpool:
Toph can make the ground spiral inwards and drag them under. She then can crush them or put them in a different area.
Armor of Earth:
A good amount of earth goes onto tophs body, protecting her from large attacks
Earth prison:
The opponent gets their whole body covered in the earth.
Earth funeral:
After the Earth Prison, Toph then crushes the opponents body. She can destroy the whole body or parts.
Earth clone:
Different from the one that is seen, it is actually rocks, not mud. So hers is different from the ones who uses mud for a earth clone
Serpents of Earth:
Toph can form snake like creatures out of the minerals of the ground. She can make them do what ever she commands them to do.
Earth Bulls:
Toph uses this jutsu for Pain Endurence training when needed to me. When she not using this for training, the bulls can ram into hard things that can be crushed
Earth Release: Inner Decapitation Technique:
The user, emerging from the ground below the target area, pulls down the opponent so that only their head is above ground.
Last Absolute Defense: Shield of Mitsuomi:
Toph makes a shield of the Rock Kage, Mitsuomi Flexing his Pects. Its her best defense when everything else fails
body flicker jutsu:
This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination. Shisui Uchiha, one of the most talented Uchiha, was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" (瞬身のシスイ, Shunshin no Shisui?) , likely referring to this technique.
The Body Flicker technique has various variations among the different hidden villages, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand. Gaara, for instance, uses the "Sand Body Flicker" (砂瞬身, Suna-Shunshin?), which uses sand to cover his movements. Other varieties include the "Mist Body Flicker" (霧瞬身, Kiri-Shunshin?), "Water Body Flicker" (水瞬身, Mizu-Shunshin?), and "Leaf Body Flicker" (木ノ葉瞬身, Konoha-Shunshin?).

Summoning Jutsu: Badgermoles:
This animal is the summon of the bei fong clan which was passed down to toph by her parents. These types of moles can do Earthbending because it was believed that two lovers from years ago learned Earthbending from them. They are also blind like Toph and they can "see" the earth just like toph can. They were both blind before Toph was even born.
Earth Tsunami:
Toph does a seris of handmovements as a large earth starts to form up above her. This jutsu looks like a brown Tsunami, which purpose is to destroy small villages.
Earth Release Barrier: Dungeon Chamber of Nothingness:
This jutsu traps the victims inside a self-repairing dome of earth. Jirobo is able to absorb the chakra of anyone trapped inside, something he enjoys greatly. Jirobo's chakra is distributed throughout the dome, but not equally. Near the back (relative to him), less chakra is present, making the dome weaker in that spot.
Earth Release: Earth Flow Rampart:
This jutsu raises a large ridge or hill from the ground.
Earth Release: Earth Mausoleum Dumpling:
Toph is able to overturn the earth into a large dumpling-shaped chunk of earth the size of a mausoleum. Using his immense strength, he can lift up the ball and hurl it at his opponent, flattening everything in its path.
Earth Release: Earth Shore Return:
After striking the ground with his hands, Jirobo creates a large wall of earth that rises into place as defense. The defense is not perfect though, since a hard or drilling impact can puncture the wall.
Earth Release: Earth Style Wall:
The user spits out a stream of mud that quickly grows and solidifies into a strong, protective wall
Earth Release: Rock Lodging Destruction:
This jutsu dislodges rocks above an opponent to crush them.
Earth Release: Split Earth Turn Around Palm:
This technique causes the ground surrounding the enemy to spiral inwards on itself, burying them alive or crushing them.
Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld:
This jutsu turns a large area of land into a sinking swampland, making it impossible for anyone or anything in that area to move around. The size of the swamp is proportionate to the amount of chakra used to perform the technique. When performed by a drugged Jiraiya, this technique only created a large, semi-deep swamp that merely inhibited the movement of the snakes it was targeting. When performed properly, it is supposed to engulf the target completely.
Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique:
Using this jutsu, a person can hide underground until they're ready to attack an opponent
Exploding Tag: Activate:
Utilizing chakra, the user is able to activate the explosion mechanism of a distant bomb tag. The exploding tags that the Third Hokage used were different than the usual bomb tags, being yellow in color instead of white with a red border
Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet:
Used in conjunction with Earth Release: Earth Flow River, this jutsu creates a likeness of a dragon's head that launches mud balls from its mouth at an opponent.

This jutsu forms a rapidly flowing river of mud on the ground beneath an opponent.
Technique Neutralize:
This jutsu cancels or impedes the occurring of the opponent's technique. It uses the same amount of chakra as the jutsu it intends to cancel.

Battojutsu:
Kuzu-ryūsen (Nine-headed Dragon strike):
The Kuzu Ryuusen “Nine-headed Dragon” is a formidable technique which utilizes Shinsoku (lit. God-speed) to the fullest extent; dealing nine strikes to the most fundamental targets of swordsmanship(The forehead, both shoulders, the chest, both kidneys, inner thighs, and groin), all at the same time. These points are the key to the technique as they make up the basis of one’s guarding stance, regardless of style or weapon. So with the Kuzu-ryūsen, attacking all nine all at once, guarding and dodging becomes virtually pointless. Unlike the multiple strike attacks, all nine strikes of the Kuzu-ryūsen carry lethal force. Only something beyond Shinsoku can counter it.
Doryūsen (Earth Dragon Flash)- "Doryūsen" is a range technique that sends debris flying at the enemy from a powerful sword strike to the ground.
Other: Even though she is blind, she can sees when people is telling the truth or Lying by the vibrations of their heartbeat and breathing patterns. She can see where her opponents are at, but in most areas, she cannot. She is accustomed to lying on the ground, and walking everywhere barefoot leaving her soles quite soiled. She can also track where her opponent is at by them stepping on the ground and vibration from their step goes to her ears and body. She has a great sence of hearing because of her blindness and her reflexes are better, She can 'see' the earth and fragments

Reiki:
Mitsuomi's Nodachi is known as Reiki that he have gave to Toph. Reiki can only be activated by those with special powers, and has even awakened powers in some cases. When wielded by someone without special powers it is nothing more than a very long katana. If the wielder establishes a good enough relationship with Reiki, it can even be activated while the user is not in possession of it.
When activated the blade allows the user to control and regulate their power better. The sword gains a visible aura around it and emits a piercing sound. While activated the blade also becomes encircled with energy rings with kanji on them, strange symbols appear on the blade as well. While activated Reiki becomes more powerful, even if it can’t cut the opponent, they can be burned by the energy it emits. When Reiki true blade is completely activated , it uses an excessive amount of chi and can wear out most users out in a short period of time.
Reiki was encased in gold and that functioned as its' blade. When needed, mitsuomi can shatter the encasing and reveal Reiki's “true blade”
The Reiki also has a special sealing ability that has not yet been displayed...
Missions:
Personality: Toph is a very sarcastic young girl and is also highly competitive. She loves to fight and knows that she's very, very good at it. This self-assuredness can at times make her arrogant about her skills and she can be a bit of a sore loser. Toph's fighting style shows that she is also patient and very good at listening. She rarely makes the first move, usually waiting for others to strike first and knows how to use her appearance to catch people off guard. Something of a headstrong free spirit, Toph desperately desires to see the world beyond the walls of her home and is frustrated that people assume she is weak because of her blindness.
Bio:
Toph is a blind member of the Fong clan. Her parents where kind of wealthly and wouldnt let her leave the house because of her disability. At night, she goes out and train herself until she have mastered her clan's moves. It took her Six years to master it and she wanted to be the Rock villages Kage one day when she is older.
Lei Tai:
Before Toph was in the acadamy, her family and their relatives always had tournements. She was the current champion when her family wasn't there. Toph had 42-0 record and she was the strongest. One day, the Tsuchikage gotten a report that there was a tournament was being held by the Bei Fong family and other relatives. When Toph beat her opponent, there was a open challenge to anyone in the tournament, the person who have accepted the challenge was Mitsuomi himself. Toph didnt know that he was the tsuchikage and still went aganist him. He dodged all of her moves and was hit by the Forged Iron Needle Attack and she was knocked far to the ground. That upsetted her score and the tournament was closed down because Mitsuomi beated everyone at the tournament.
Acadamy life:
Toph's acadamy life was pretty bad. She was teased everyday by some girls who thinks that she couldn't do anything because of her disability. She learned to do the basic testing to become a genin, but the only thing that have gotten her was the regular test. She didnt know where to write down the answers and her test scores were pretty low, but not the lows in her class. Her first friend in the class was a girl named Ayama Takayanagi. Ayama didn't care about her disability and they were still friends until they both graduated from the acadamy.
Genin life:
Her genin life was alittle bit better. She was put on the same team as Ayama and her cousin. There sensei was the Tsuchikage, Ayama's older brother. When she should her skills to Mitsuomi, he decided that she was the one to help him train for pain endurance. So when ever he wanted to train, he always made her made a bull which was triple the size of him and triple the mass, but the results were the same. He destroyed each one with one strike. Mitsuomi wasn't the only one that she helped train, she helped her best friend, Ayama to train with her relaxes and her sences. She did good one it, but it can be better.
Chuunin exams:
Toph entered the Chuunin Exams with her teammates, which was hosted by their sensei. It was different from the other chuunin exams, this one was the one that she was most familiar with, it was tournament style. Her first match was aganist a kaguya named Flair, He was kind of tough, but he was too cocky. She won her match and moved one to the quater finals.When she was in the park, she met a Uchiha named Obito and on the first contact, he tried to flirt with her. She found out that Ayama likes Obito and when she was trying to hide it, she then tells Ayama that she can tell when someone is lying or telling the truth. She than meet her other opponent named Tammy. Toph then seen what the girl can do and sighs. She didnt want to waste her time on a girl who tryed to use their best moves in the beginning of a battle, so she just quit the match.
Chuunin life:
Toph didnt get to do anything as a Chuunin. Mitsuomi skipped her to Jounin rank and that was about it for her chuunin life.
Jounin life:
She just started her Jounin life and was given her first mission. Her first mission was to cook for Mitsuomi. That was something that she wasn't really use to doing. Toph thinking and bumps into Ayama, who have helped her with the mission and that was over. She then asked Mitsuomi for her, Yama, and Ayama to go to the leaf village and he let them go. After awhile in the leaf village, she made a earth statue for a kid that had blonde hair and it looked exactly like him. So he tryed to do a break dancing contest with the figure and lost. She makes it turn back into rocks and then he and his clones started to freak out. The clones touched her in the wrong places and she destroys them with her rock funeral and then when she heard that the kid call her Unhuman, she made a pole come from the ground and hit him in the groin.
Rock-Sand war:
Toph was fighting in the war with her sensei and the Tsuchikage Mitsuomi. She had to fight one of the ANBU members from the hidden sand village and another shinobi from the sand at the same time. They fought until the almost had nothing left in them. The ANBU summoned his Whale shark and Toph summoned her Badgermole. Before the two summons can battle it out, each side noticed that both of their Kages have fallen in battle. Toph's badgermole disappeared and so did the ANBU's whale shark. She runs over to Mitsuomi's body and hugs it crying. She then burys his body with the Reiki, his most Prized sword.
3 weeks later:
The counsil found toph training to become stronger after the war and told her that she was the only one who was recommended by Mitsuomi to become the Tsuchikage and she have accepted this. She was overjoyed that her dream finally came true.
Tsuchikage Life:
She is now the Tsuchikage of the Rock village and now preparing what to do now and how to protect the Rock village from any dangers now. While Toph was done giving out missions and doing paper work for the village, she was swinging her feet up and down on the ground and felt a box of scrolls. She found one that mitsuomi have wrote down and she left the office to go and learned. After a couple of hours of training with the jutsu, She have finally mastered it. Her body was alittle bit bulker and she left her dojo to sleep in the bed, which is in her office. When she woken up from her slumber, she felt that everything on her was bigger and rounder and noticed that she was alittle bit tallier. She took and shower and then gotten dressed and left, going back to her dojo to master the last jutsu that was on the scroll. She practiced and practiced, but she couldnt do the jutsu. She needed to find out the way to master the jutsu, but only one person that she would trust to help her with it knows, and that was Mitsuomi, but he had died in the war, so she couldnt get the chance to ask him about it.
