This is a place for new members to introduce their selves and get to know other members within the guild.

My name is Heather, I'm the guild captain. I live in British Columbia Canada. I've been a fan of The Who ever since I was young, as my dad was a fan. I really got into them about 4 years ago, and ever since they have been one of my favorite bands. My favorite member always changes, and it's hard to say because they are all extremely talented, so I won't even bother. My favorite songs (which will probably be different next week) are Sea And Sand, Our Love Was, Goin' Mobile, Love Ain't For Keeping, Slip Kid, etc. My favorite album right now is Sell Out. My favorite movie is Tommy, and my favorite scenes are I'm Free and Cousin Kevin.

Hi! My name is Grey, and I love the Who. I'm actually a fairly new fan; not a newb, just fairly new. I can't really choose a favorite member, although I love Roger Daltrey and Moonie...Anywho, my favorite songs are Squeezebox, Who Are You, Baba O' Reilly, Happy Jack...list goes on. I also love Queen and the Beatles, along with a lot of other classic rock bands. Um...I guess that's probably it for now.

Lets see my name is Maria. I live in Florida. I guess I am kind of a new Who fan also. That doesn't mean I love them any less <__< <3333 I like classic rock. I don't hve a favorite member either because they are all geniuses. My favorite song would probably have to be A Quick One While He's Away. Its so fun. x3 (btw I love your name Dirty old sod.) I guess I'll stop there.

Thanks for the invite <3

(I was slow to discover the Who ((or any good music for that matter)) because my parents don't listen to good music ((aka rock)) I always so jealous when cool parents give their kids old records) /rant Dx

My name is Robert. I live in Alberta Canada and my first memory ever of "The Who" was when I was 14. I Had gotten fairly Drunk while camping the night before and I crashed at my friend's camper. As a joke, knowing we were both very hung over, his dad turned on his stereo full blast and "Baba O'Riley" ((Teenage Wasteland)) started playing. Ever since then, I have been a fan.
I listen to a wide variety of music, though mostly Hippie Tunes. Nice to meet you all and I hope to enjoy this great Band with all of you.

My name is Eric. I've been a Who fan since my brother's friend let me watch Quadrophenia with the both of them when I was nine. I was a huge fan then, it waned a little until I started becoming even more obsessive in my python love and read/listened to what Graham Chapman had to say about Keith Moon. That reawakened my passions. I don't have a favourite member, or anything like that, though the one Who song I'm always in the mood for is Bell Boy.

Yay another big Python fan heart
Python is like, one of my favorite things ever. Their movies, tv series, and even their albums are amazing. I always love reading about Graham and Keith, though sometimes it can be pretty depressing. Thanks for joining the guild!

Mine too! I've taught my philosophy class The Bruces's Philosopher song, and my Chinese class I like Chinese. I don't miss an opportunity to spread the love.
Keith and Graham stories are great. It's a bit sad that they're always the same 3 over and over again though. Hearing Graham talk about missing Keith after Keith died is something I find more eerie than depressing. I'm not quite sure why, but the first time I actually heard recordings of him talking about it it gave me chills.

Omg, I remember I purposely memorized the lyrics to Bruce's Philosopher Song just so I could randomly break out into song. xd

Hello, my name is-or so you call me as- Maggie! I'm fairly young, youung than you'de expect.

Of course I like The Who, but not as much as The Beatles. They're my favourite band in the whole wide world.

Enough of that...one thing I like about The Who is how such a vaiety of people likeband. Just today the boy infront of me -who listens to rap and hip hop- started to sing My Generation. So I sang along with him, and he told about how he liked the band too.

Any way, yeah. I hope to enjoy the guild. If not....there's going to be pain!.....Nah! Just kidding. mrgreen

Hi my name is Katie or Bayer, and I'm 17. I love The Who, they've been my favourite band for a little over two years biggrin . Other bands I like are The Velvet Underground, Led Zeppelin, The Kinks, Postal Service and I'm going to stop there because long list. My favourite member is probably Keith, but sometimes it's Pete or John and on a rare occasion Roger, really depends on my mood...but it's mostly Keith XD And, my favourite song is I Can't Explain, probably, because it's the song that really got me into The Who, plus there's kind of a story that goes with it as to why...but I'll explain that some other time, hehe.
