Alright, since I haven't seen one yet, I'd like to thread dedicated to helping you guys find cosplay materials and whatnot.
First off, I'd like to show you a few places online with great wigs and accessories for cosplay. They might be a bit pricey at times depending on what you're looking for.
Amphigory - This place has everything from wigs to latex prosthetics for all your cosplay needs!
Cosworx - Specially advertised by Cosplay.com themselves, Cosworx has a really nice selection of wigs, footwears, makeup, and not to mention sculpting material for props.
Zhenna Wigs - As the name suggests, Zhenna is an eBay user who specialize in stylised wigs. She has a wide selection of styles and colors!
Cosplay Galleria - This store is run and manage by the very famous cosplayer Pikmin Link and her father. Their props and items might be a lot harder to get and more pricey but it's definately worth every penny for the stuff she makes are so beautiful and detailed.
Cosplay Magic - This site might not have the most detailed costume but they do sell completed outfits for those of us who just wants to have purchase the whole costume at once.
Now for those of you who can't order online I'll show a few places around Houston that might help you out.

-Party City has a section in the back of their store that caters to costumes year round and an especially wide selection around Halloween time.

-Danny's has some very nice costume accessories, makeup, as well as wigs on sale. I know from personal experience that they also have very helpful staff members who can help you style your wigs.

-As the name suggest, Wig World has a lot of, WIG. They do not carry many unnatural colors but what they have, they have a lot of.
You might also want to try art stores such as Michael's or Hobby Lobby. You never know the things you'll find there so swing by. For fabrics, there are stores like JoAnn's and even Wal-Mart has its own fabric section.

She got it from Zhenna Wigs, the same place where I got mine. =3
