I have no problem squaring off against people I perceive as "enemies," but I genuinely dislike confronting people I care about. Despite this, I've had to do it numerous times, so I've learned to make it look like I know what I'm doing. My friends think of me as very outgoing, and even sometimes tease me about it, but I'm only that way because nobody else will be.
6. Are you down-to-earth or more idealistic?
Uh, a happy medium, at least in theory? I believe that almost every person that has ever lived has a spark of goodness in them, and the potential to change the world. I also know the reality, that circumstances often strive to snuff out that goodness, and the potential for power is frequently ignored because it is easier to just let life happen to you. If you're seeing just the good parts or just the bad parts of the world, then you're choosing to go through life half blind.

Not being there for the people I care about when they need me the most.

If I think I can pull it off, let my hair fall in front of my face or otherwise disguise the fact that I'm crying. When I lived with my parents, I'd sometimes go hide in the bathroom (only room that locked.) Really, though, just cry. Occasionally this will even work in my favor.

I try to empathize with them, understand why they're making the choices they make, behaving the way they do. I know there really aren't so many clearly-defined villains in the real world, and I try to remember that everyone has his or her own story, and generally think of them as people rather than just sources of irritation in my life.

The best thing to do after sex is have more sex, until you're so physically exhausted that cuddling/sleeping becomes an inevitability. Cuddling and sex are both pretty awesome.

I weighed, measured, and found that idea wanting. I like living too much; even when life hurts, it's better than feeling nothing.

She's the most wonderful person in the world, for she helped me change and break free of my depression. Those three words helped to change my perceptions of the world and helped me to realise that life really isn't that dark after all.

Groovy! I got married when I was 19. You hear about doing the "stereotypical" thing of getting married and "settling down," but

1.) it seems like many more people wait until they're older to get married these days, and

2.) getting married does not necessarily equal settling down. We're still strapping young adventurers, seeking mystery and wonder and suchlike.
