Though no way as hot as Aeris(/th) or Tifa, this guy has style! He has a freaking three-barreled revolver, and can transform into different creatures! Obtaining in FFVII: In Nibelheim, you must first get the key from the safe in ShinRa Mansion. You'll have to do this anyway to progress the story, but I'm just saying. Once you've killed the boss from the safe, go to the basement (don't forget to take the materia) and open the door to the coffin room. Interact with the fancy looking coffin. Vincent will appear. Keep talking to him until he repeats himself over and over again, then attempt to leave the basement. He will follow. Ta da! Vincent Valentine is now in your team!!!
What does everyone else think of Vincent Valentine? I saw an plastic figure of him the other day in GAME - I am so getting it the next time I go. I have Dirge of Cerberus, and I completed it!

I don't like him.
Lol, actually, he's alright. I don't dislike him or anything, I just can't understand why he's so over-rated. "Omg, he's lyke so totlly hot lol" That's really, all I ever hear. I was never really interested in Vincent's past, he was, like Yuffie, a random character. Except, Yuffie was actually cool. Sure, I wondered a LITTLE bit about Vincent, but I mean, not enough to base a game off of him. :/ I HATED Derge of Ceberus... because it's like, yes; let's take this random minor character and make him into a main for no reason! Let's suddenly make this totally irrelevant character actually mean something. >_> I mean, minor characters DO need more attention, yeah. But WHY him? What's so special? He suddenly has this amazing side story? But, one thing I did like about DOC was that it explained Lucrecia, and I LOVE Lucrecia beyond all belief. <3 I just don't see what's so great about Vincent Valentine--- He's alright, but talk about NO personality.

I don't like Vincent as much as people do either. He's a bit over-rated.
D:
I actually thought there was a reason to give him a game.
In FFVII they give you a brief summary of his life and a brief summary of him in general. He actually has a rich side story that they explained about him.
Like, he was able to stop Sephiroth from being born the way he was and was in love with Sephy's mother, Luccy, who married the crazed Hojo who ruined his life AND who was the one of the main reasons that FFVII was the way it was.
And besides, DOC gave way for more FFVII goodness [-cough- Yuffieness -cough- Lucrecianess -cough- ] So I didn't feel like complaining.
XP
But I agree. He has no personality.

I love Vincent! Besides his looks, I really admire him, especially for his personality. (To me he had personality, thank you very much.) Always deep in thought, lost in darkness, trapped in his guilt, but even so, he cares for others and actually goes through some character development in FFVII from the cold, brooding enigma to a valuable and caring companion. Of course, since he's a minor character, not much credit is given to him. I'll stop here since I don't really feel like talking.

Indeed, he does have a personality. The reason they made a game with, perhaps, so many fans (one of which being me) wondered why the hell he could transform into a freaking vampire-esque creature.
Also yes, Lucrecia just rocks! I never actually though much about her until Dirge of Cerberus, but she really is cool. I can't believe she tried over and over again to keep Vincent alive...
She is so nice...

DaleLuck1313 Lol, yeah, Yuffie and Vincent would be great! ...though wouldn't he then be classed as a ******, then? Well...I think she's at least 17 in AC...and when I think Yuffentine, usually think somewhere postgame...maybe after AC. I haven't played DoC yet (I'm poor as a churchmouse this month crying ), but I heard there were Yuffentine hints...so maybe post-DoC? Anyway, I'm rambling. If Vincent is a vessel for a semi-immortal preternatural demon thing, I think ***** should be the smallest of their relationship issues. sweatdrop

In Advent Children Yuffie is 18. :0
DOC she is 19.
Vincent is a bajillion years old. Yeah.
It IS considered *****, but if she's not younger than 13, I don't think he's really taking advantage of her. Psssh.
Naw, Vincent is an enigma. He might care, but he has little personality, if any, that he keeps locked away. So technically that's none.
Sorry, not much of a Vincent lover. He is hot though. Gotta give him SOME credit. -drools-

I never really gave much thought to the Yuffentine pairing.....I was disgusted at first because it seemed like fans just wanted to stick Vincent with someone since he was single and Yuffie was single. Aeris and Tifa were too preoccupied with Cloud so they'd be out of the picture. But, of course, I grew more tolerant with age. xd It's a cute idea, but I'm not one to ship it.

Isn't Vincent like 40/50? He'd been experimented on (probably) at the age of about 20/30, then was in a coffin for like 10/20 years...
I dun know...

I don't think Age should ever be used against a relationship.
Besides, lots of guys used to marry 14 year olds when they were 30 a long time ago.

They are cute & I think Vincents limits are cool but you can't use him on any dragon with his first limit cause it's fire. The Odin summon though is cool.
