My brothers have it, you get from a shrine, sorry can't offer much more help other than its a skeleton key I think

It must be the skeleton key. 50 uses till it breaks. But there is no such thing as an unbreakable pick in Morrowind. I went through the CS. Never found one.
And you can't create one without a little scripting involved.

I think he means oblivion, I never got the skeleton key in morrowind either now that I think about it.

I found it, its from the shrine of nocturnal, if you follow the road north from leyawin you should see it on the right. you will have to cross the river, but its right beside the big road.

I've gotten that, it's really good, I can pick hard locks in one auto-attempt if I'm lucky because it also greatly raises your security skill.
