I just made this today for dinner, and it is AMAZING. It's a lot like ramen, just a WHOLE LOT HEALTHIER! Only about 50 calories per serving. My recipe makes two servings.
Oh, and I found the noodles at Price Chopper. They were by the organic produce section, I believe.
Ingredients: 1 package (8 oz) tofu shirataki noodles (don't worry, they taste like regular noodles) 2 cups water (I didn't measure mine, though.. May be a little more or less) 1/8 cup frozen peas (more or less if you want) 1/8 cup frozen corn (more or less if you want) 2 beef boullion cubes Any spices you'd like, depending on taste (I added a teensy bit of: hot salt, chili powder, & tobasco sauce because I wanted mine to be a little spicy)
Heat water on medium-high with boullion cubes and veggies. Once the cubes have dissolved and the veggies are thoroughly cooked, add noodles and cook for another minute or two.
And that's it! It's only about 100 calories for the whole thing (two bowlfuls). 3nodding Enjoy! <3

That sounds awesome! I'll have to find those noodles and those beef cube thingies, but I've never heard of before. o_o But that is so cool that it's like 100 calories for two bowls because the ramen in my house is like 300 calories. gonk
