So what other bands are you guys into?
My other top favorite bands besides The Who are: Wings (+Solo Denny Laine), Led Zeppelin, and The Beatles (+Solo George Harrison). I also listen to Black Sabbath, Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Bob Dylan, Guns N Roses, Johnny Cash, early Moody Blues, Pete Frampton, Queen, The Yardbirds, etc.

And this is Condensed Down to only my all time favourite bands.
[[Edit]] I forgot to mention the Rolling Stones. Grew up a Stones fan.

bah, everything. :D
Classic Rock-wise, I'm pretty into Zeppelin, the VU, Queen, The Rolling Stones, The Doors, The Talking Heads, Hendrix, Cream, Pink Floyd, Elvis Costello, the Beatles and Sabbath
I'm into punk rock like The Sex Pistols, The Ramones, The Clash, Green Day, Blink-182 (and a ton of random long island punk bands).
Then theres Radiohead, Nirvana, Santana, Weezer, The Strokes, Bob Marley, Audioslave and Soundgarden, The Four Seasons, Sublime, and definetly a lot more that I just can't find in my brain to mention
lol 4laugh <33

Green Day at least has talent. No, nothing wrong with appreciating good 90's punk, its just that Greenday isn't good 90's punk, in my personal opinion at least, apart from deadbeat holiday, that song they play at every graduation, and like two other songs I generally dislike them...greatly. Although I give them credit for doing a pretty good cover of My Generation. After hearing Limp Bizkits cover of Behind Blue Eyes I've been forever turned off to all Who cover songs, but Greenday's is still tolerable. But yeah, generally I don't like Greenday, not only because its hip to not like them, but also because most of their songs annoy me. Now Blink 182 on the other hand, now there was a good 90's punk band. And screw the used, its all about heart heart MY CHEMICAL ROManCE! LolOAL! heart heart

American Idiot is 90s. Its talent, and its pretty punk, but its not thaaat great. Their old stuff, I really like it.
Blink182, yeah, they are ******** great 90s punk. Sure, they're kinda commericial or something (maybe its mainstream, or like... something about their music), but they were fun, the kinda kids you see in high school and say "damn, they're gonna make it" (talking about that, don't ever forget VALET PARKING, they're gonna make it, im so ******** sure).
and MCR, ugh talk2hand

Blink182 used to be pretty funny, and they were easy to sing along with, but I'm not a fan personally. Their last album wasn't the same, but actually my dad liked Feeling This (I think that's one of the singles?).. Take Off Your Pants And Jacket is actually a really funny album, for example: Happy Holidays You b*****d, ******** A Dog, Grandpa.. Those songs make me lawl so much, and they remind me of the time I was at this party, they had those songs blasting, there was about 20 people screaming the lyrics at the top of their lungs, and the neighbors called the cops on us. whee I mean seriously those songs give me so much respect for Blink 182. Other than that I can't say they are my type of music. As far as Green Day goes, in my opinion their best album was Dookie. But again, not my kind of music.
But that's my opinion. 3nodding

and MCR, ugh talk2hand American idiot wasn't recorded untill 2004. And, I really don't like them, Its not that they are pop punk, because I love other pop punk bands (like the Ramones), but something about Greenday has never been pleasing to my ear, apart from a few songs. Eh, but then again, I'm one of those real punk is dead kids. As for the Blink 182, they kinda suck now, but back in middle school I loved them, so I suppose my judgement is clouded by my fond memories of middle school. And you guys do realize I was joking about My Chemical Romance?
