Yes, this has created quite a controversy upon members. Here I will sort everything out.

I have said it before. The new sub-forums are a bit confusing right now, so I don't expect everyone to post their threads in the right forums. After so long, I will become more strict towards users, but until people get use to the forums, simply move the thread and report it to the user.

Now, as far as the situation with Wyrm.

Ska DID demote her as she has posted threads in the wrong forums, however there are several reasons I gave her moderation back.

She may have posted threads in the wrong forum, but the Main Forum does not have a clear description of what does and doesn't belong since we added the sub-forums.

Threads posted in the wrong forums are just to be moved for the time being. We are being lenient with users until they get use to the sub-forums.

Even IF she would have intentinally posted threads in the wrong forums, and we weren't being lenient, she was not abusing her crew power. Which as I have said, other than a ToS violation, is the ONLY reason a crew member can be demoted without my consent.

Vice Captains can ban people as they feel necessary, but no Captain is to demote a user without contacting me and/or another Vice Captain to second their decision. Even then, the user can report it to me and I can look in the situation and the decision could be reversed.

I don't want anymore threads posted about it, however, feel free to discuss it in here.

Well, if it's a discussion guild, and no restrictions on what can and can not be discussed (other than the obvious) then drawball would technically be a viable topic and people shouldn't be demoted because they can't present their subjects in a set fashion no one has decided in stone yet.

Also I didn't do anything to deserve it. O.o
