You guys remember those old school >look out window games? Where the point was to make your way through with some adjectives, basic commands, and eventually mundane graphics? Well, let's give this a shot. Basically, this can be played by multiple people. Don't worry, I'll keep track of where each of you are. Example of how this will be played is like

Player 1: I go north.
>You wind up in the marshes. It smells rather gross there, and now your boots are soiled. You might want to watch out for mosquitoes, I bet this place is a breeding ground for West Nile.
Player 2: I head west.
>You wind up in the Plains of Digimon. How can you tell this is the Plains of Digimon? Well, the digimon staring at you would be a good sign towards this assumption, but the actual sign pretty much cleared it up.

BUT DILL, WHERE'S THE FUN IN THAT?

NPC and player interaction. Whether you're bugging the gods or just all my NPCs, ultimately, you decide what you're saying and doing. Besides, seeing how long I can tend to multiple players without messing up sounds like a fun game, right? You sadistic players, you.

SPECIFIC CONTROLS! FOR WHEN YOU NEED CONTROLS THAT ARE SPECIFIC!

For the most part, the game here is pretty basic. However, there are some commands for when you need a helping hand. The [ ] means that whatever you fill the blank with it will look/go to/whatever. A neat thing to note is that for the more specified actions, you'll need to use a > infront of your message. Because I'm mean like that.

look/check [ ] - HEY I'M LOOKING AT YOUR CRAP.

Pretty simple, right?

Five finger discount [ ] - This command basically means steal. If there's an NPC around, then you're probably going to lose that hand. And even then, there's a chance that you'll fail. If you want to do a five finger discount on something, you need to roll a d6 and get over 3. If you get less, you break it. And if you break it, well, you can just wait to see the fireworks on that one. If you feel the need to jack some stuff, you might want to try waiting until night-time.

>TALK TO GOD - This skill will either get you in contact with Peucadnum or Anethum, depending on where you are. You can basically ask them for help if you're stuck, or if you just want to look like a raving lunatic to the villagers because you're talking to yourself. Remember, Anethum likes the digimans, and Peucadnum likes the elves. If you want to get in contact with a specific god, you're out of luck. Although I do remember hearing rumors of a strangely shaped stone that could connect to either one from anywhere...

>MAKE [] a** GRASS - This is the command you use to end one of my NPCs lives. Maybe. To figure out how much damage you do to them, you must roll 1 d6. Anything above three will result in a fatal blow. Anything below will result in a minor or non-fatal injury. Ex. a 1 would mean you give him a papercut. A 6 would be like you made him explode. Everywhere. With your fist.

MORE COMMANDS WILL BE ADDED LATER.

FINAL POST! FINAL POST!

TIPS!
If you're trying to figure out something, talk to some townspeople! Remember where you are and what directions everything is! Don't be afraid to talk to the gods, I'm pretty sure they can't strike you down! Pretty sure! If a townsperson doesn't know, try to find someone more important! They'll probably know, and if they don't, check where you are!

INFORMATION ON PLAYERS!
None yet. ; 3;

IMPORTANT EVENTS!
Nope, none.

IMPORTANT PEOPLE!
Anethum - Sister god to Peucadnum, she is the creator of the digimon and the plains and mountains where they live. She carved them out with her will, he majesty, and a shovel. She enjoys the variety between the digimon themselves, and is the source of their evolution. However, these evolutions are limited, and the digimon themselves can not learn the skills required to upgrade their selected weapons. Once they pick one, that's it. It's even harder for beast types to weild weapons, depending more on their claws and special attacks. Although they can have great power, the potential to improve is limited from the get go.

Peucadnum - Sister god to Anethum, she is the creator of the various elves and the forests and marshes where they live. She made them with her thoughts, her beauty, and a watering can. She enjoys the constant improvements the elves make for and to themselves, and is the source of their magical energies. Although they can be proficient in weapons, they need to do quite a bit of training to improve with them. They will, however, constantly become better with their selected weapon the more they use it, and the magic that powers most of their enchantments is a gift from the goddess to all elves. Although they are weak in the beginning, they all have the ability to improve and become stronger.

Forgrout - Leader of the Elven Treetop Forest. He seems to be incredibly busy by the upcoming war, and doesn't have much time to assist Nameless Adventurers these days. Recently expired due to mad 6's.

And now, onto the first post!

>You awaken in an elven treetop forest. It's a treetop forest, because you are clearly in the trees, and down there is the ground. It's home to some Superior Elves, and you can tell. What, you think Regular Elves hiked themselves up some really tall trees and started building houses in them? Heavens no. This is a high class treetop forest village you've mysteriously awoken in. And these high class elves are running around like free range chickens with their heads chopped off. Looking around, you notice that most of them are running food around to a central storage site in one of the larger trees, while the others are preparing armors and weapons and sending them off to the same tree. Obviously, that's one very special tree. You also see an item and weapon shop to the east and west, but they're closed right now. Besides, you're broke anyways, and that guy who was preparing armor would probably snap you like a twig if he caught you attempting to execute a five finger discount.

>To the North is the Central Tree.
>To the West is an Armor and Weapon Shop.
>To the South is the Town Exit.
>To the East is the item shop.

[Are you going to want character information/specs/whatever, or can we just D&D ourselves silly from the get go?]

[Are you going to want character information/specs/whatever, or can we just D&D ourselves silly from the get go?]

>I head West, toward the crazy armor shop guy.

[Still working out the details. Right now, you're all just nameless adventurers in a world of elves and digimon, although this is subject to change as more players start to mysteriously awaken in superior elven treetop forests]

>You arrive at the armor shop, to find a man who introduces himself as "Little Bud". He is, however, not so little. This is the man you saw earlier who could snap your arms in half if you so much as looked at him. He's very muscular compared to his more petite elven counterparts, and even his presence here is somewhat an enigma. He must make some pretty damn awesome armor to be accepted by this lot, but you probably couldn't afford it seeing as you're broke anyways.

>"We're closed and I'm busy. State your business, before I remove yours."

>Ouch, touchy.

>To the Northeast is the Central Tree.
>To the Southeast is the Town Exit.
>To the East is the Spot of Magical Awakening.

>A voice booms through the woods, but you're not important adventurers, and you can't hear it. It does appear to shift through the very dimensional properties of this universe and then just disappears... to your limited knowledge of the alternative dimension and string theorum.

>After traveling through the very boundaries of reality, the voice transforms into the very text on your browser, on a not so little website, but it a very small corner of this complex polygon known to its denizens as "The Intarwebs".

ATTENTION PLAYERS AND FORUM LURKERS, IF THERE ARE ANY. HAHA. A NEW DISCOVERY HAS BEEN MADE, KNOWN AS "IDENTITY STONES". ABLE TO ALTER THE VERY FABRIC OF YOUR BEING, THESE STONES CAN CRAFT YOUR NAME, YOUR RACE, AND EVEN YOUR VERY LIFE UP TO THE MOMENT OF USE! OF COURSE, IT'S NOT LIKE YOU CAN JUST SPEND SOME COPPERS AND LA-DE-DA YOU'RE NOW WIMBLEDEEMON. THEY'RE HARD TO COME BY, USUALLY EITHER POPPING UP AT RANDOM OR ONLY APPEARING AFTER A QUEST OR THINGS LIKE THAT. USUAL DUNGEON FARE. AS YOU SHAPE YOUR IDENTITY IN THE WORLD, NEW DOORS WILL OPEN UP THAT WERE LOCKED TO A CERTAIN "NAMELESS ADVENTURER", MORE COLLOQUIALLY CALLED "YOU" BY THE NARRATOR OF THE UNIVERSE. THE FIRST STONE YOU FIND WILL GIVE YOU THE POWER TO GIVE YOURSELF A NAME, THE SECOND ONE THE POWER TO CHOOSE WHETHER YOU'RE A DIGIMON, OR ONE OF THE MANY FORMS OF ELVES. YOU GET THE IDEA. ENJOY YOUR GAME.

>And with that, the voice vanishes. Not like you'd know. You're still in the damn woods, so it's not like You could have heard it in the first place, almighty Nameless Adventurer.

The Hero of Light
I head south, to the town exit.

>You reach the gates, noticing that the guards are on high alert. After explaining to them that you are nobody important, you're just heading through, and there's no food in your trunk, you head on through. From here, the road branches off into three paths, four if you include the one you just went through, but seeing as how you're sure you can handle it out in the big, scary world we're not going to. So, there's the three paths forking out from here. One that heads west, one east, and one south. Wow, who didn't see that one coming?

>To the North is the Superior Elven Tree Village.
>To the West is the Savanna.
>To the South is the Shrine of Peucadnum.
>To the East is the Marshlands.

The Hero of Light
I head south to the shrine with the name I forgot.

>The godess does not appreciate having her name forgotten, but your adventure continues on without a hitch. You arrive at the Shrine of Peucadnum, where congregations of Regular and Superior elves regularly go to pay respects to their "mother", so to speak. Occassionally the odd Lower elf decides to pop his head within the large marble walls, overlooking a massive lake, colloquially referred to as the resevior of Peucadnum. They aren't very original with their names, it seems. This is a good place to get in touch with some of the followers though, and anyone who really needs to pray to the goddesses for help probably has a few problems you could probably deal with for some extra coin. If not, then just getting a five finger discount on some "religious artifacts" would probably be just as good.

>To the North is the Four-way Fork.
>To the West is the Lake of Peucadnum.
>To the South is the Inner Sanctum.
>To the East is the Lake of Peucadnum.

VK HoP
I head north.

>You head towards the Central Tree, and notice just how many elves there are in there, all with various clothing and sized ears. With elves, the size of ears is like the color of their skin, it generally decides where they'll be grouped, and because it's a genetic thing, it's usually with good reason. The ones with short ears are generally regarded as idiots and grouped in the Lower Elves, while the ones with long ears are usually granted a higher standing in elf society, and are given the status of Superior Elves. The ones with neither short nor really long ears are grouped as Regular Elves. Bet you didn't know that, huh Nameless Adventurer? In any case, for so many lower ranking elves to actually be in a high class tree villiage means something's up, and the amount of supplies they're collecting means there must be something going on.

>To the North is the Supply Tree
>To the Northeast is the Ladder of Descent.
>To the South is the Spot of Magical Awakening.
>To the Southwest is the Armor and Weapon shop.
>To the Southeast is the Item Shop.

>You're now inside the supply tree, and there appears to be shelves on shelves being lined with the food and armor being brought in byt the elves, and even more free-range chicken running. When they aren't busy racing around and stacking boxes, they seem to be running passed or into you. Sucks. There seems to be a guy with really long ears and seems to be barking around orders, but it's kind of hard to move around. He sees you and orders the group to move out of the way as he walks up to you, introducing himself as Forgrout Ampervaleweeabootan. Seems like he's been looking for a nameless adventurer for a while now.

>To the South is the Central Tree area.
