Age: 13
Bio: The second child of a rich family of non earth benders Tel grew up on a large walled estate on the outskirts of the city of Ba Sing Se. With her not being the heiress and being female she was considered useless and her childhood was spent alone with the toys and books her parents gave her to show their "love". Besides to giving her things her family ignored her for the most part except to scold her about her "behavior" when she tried to play with those "below her status" (Basically anyone who wasn't her family). This isolation made her unable to put up the mask that the other in her postion could, as well a make her unable to read the social situations well.
this countinued untill the age of 10 when she showed signs of earth bending. This immedeitly caught her parents attenion and she was showered with attenion and, after two years of begging, finally enrolled in the earth bending academy.
Her personality is easy going to the point of apathy unless you threaten something she loves. She read many books so she has a bit of a romance complex, she thinks everything will work out always. That evil will always be beaten. This gives her a nieve outlook, and that coupled with her relitivly pampered up bringing can make her act like a brat when she gets angry.
Current Location: the Ba Sing Se earth academy
Appearence: This girl has a plump face and an easy smile. Her eyes always seem sightly unfocused, so she often looks like she is staring off into space, even when you taking to her.Her hair is done up in a braid wrapped into a bun on her head and held by a small leaf hair clip. As for her clothes I used these two pictures (not mine though Just in case I can't explain this too well):

This is basically what she would wear on any important occasion except the hair peice would be her leaf and the colors would be a darker green on the helms of the main over kimono (the parts that are pink) and sans the gold rope thingy. (links in original post will be moved here eventually)

but with out the scarf and the hat, the tunic is a little more fourm fitting arond the arms. It will only be going to her waist not flared at the bottom and the under shirt would be tan not red.

Build: average hight and build, with most of her height in her torso. Her legs are strong but her upper body is slightly weaker. She slouches unless wanting to use her place in socity.
