It came out today (March 20) and from what I hear its pretty good, I'm sure I'll get the chance to play it soon. Its currently only available for the PSP like the original. The link for the discussion thread is here.

Oh yeah it's finally out and i've had the oppurtunity to test drive it for a bit cus i bought it yesterday. I just graduated air force basic military training yesterday as a honour graduate and am spending time with my family this weekend before i go to school for my job,so we went to the mall and i looked for it,and since before i left seven weeks ago i made a mental note that it would be released by the time i graduate. Man it's so good to be back and it's awesome to see the guild is still going. As for the game the menu and interface looks much better than before, very polished and stylish. I havent found out how to do much of the new techniques and combos yet but I'm getting there, although so far the whole map traveling concept feels a little clunky aside from the world map looking kind of shabby for what we know the PSP is cabable of graphic wise. And on that note i also see that the jagged edges for the character outlines look worse than before which really bothers me and i have yet to see why they look that way. But ofcourse theres alot of improvements so far,the combos are much more varied and give a more in depth feel as you play and they have also used new songs for the BGM which i always look forward too although many of the classic Budokai BGM's make a return during story sequences. And ofcourse I was VERY pleased to see that they added in Voice Over work this time although it's not used for every part of the story but it's nice to finally see it added in and just in time to showcase my favorite character in the series. I'll keep an update on the further details of the game and how it plays out as i progress through and hopefully soon if the school i go to allows for internet in the dorms.
