Personality: Kind and gentle, caring, and can be called a flirt, serious when needs to be.
Bio: Pure blood wizard that hates people that think that half breeds or full humans are bad. He believes that it doesn't matter. As a boy he grew up wanting to be a dragon master. When he arrived at Hogwarts he just wanted to have a pet dragon. He likes girls but is having a hard time looking for a girl that truly makes him happy. His powers are great for a 7th year wizard. He has a likeing to animals and is able to calm them if they get scared or angrey. He spends alot of his time drawing the scenery of Hogwarts and likes to sneak out to the roof to either draw the scenery or look out and think. His pet owl, Ghost, does more than bring and receive mail. The owl is able to see far distances and can roll over. His owl spends alot of time on his right shoulder or somewhere near Victor. He studies martial arts from different places cause of the Dragon Studies that his family does around the world.
