Ok, so I was watching the Latest My Chemical Romance video, "I dont love you". I was also checking out this website my friend told me about that is devoted to MCR. I go into the forums to see if there was any new info on the tour and how the band members were doing...and i see this on intitles "OMFG DID GERARD MARRIED?!?"
So I opened it, naturally curios. And the girl had mentioned something about seeing a ring on Gerard Way's hand in the video I was watching. So i looked through it carefully and somewhere in the middle of the second chorus. There is indeed a ring what seems to be his left hand.
So has anyone heard anything about it? or maybe it might have just been some random ring he thought was cool, I'm just wondering.
Yeah, Sorry to all of Gerard's Fangirls....I'm sure your all heartbroken.

No, the rumour mill has it that he actually recently broke up with his girlfriend and that the ring is actually something more of a 'sober ring' that he's wearing to celebrate the fact that he's not drunk off his head anymore, and hasn't been for quite a while.
I say the rumour mill because there was only a tiny blurb in one magazine that I saw talking about Gerard's breakup, and the 'sober ring' deal I heard from someone here on Gaia, so I really don't know about either for sure.

I don't think he's engaged. He very recently broke up with his girlfriend, so I highly doubt he's that keen on getting married just now.

I heard on Buzznet that it belonged to Mikey and Gerard's grandmother. Mikey had it, and he gave it to Gerard.

I just heard from an annoynomous source that they had gotten back together after a brief breakup and he is indeed engaged.
