I just had a thought. Probably in the realm of fantasy, but still an awesome idea.

A Naruto MMORPG (Massively Multi-player Online Role Playing Game).

The idea was, something similar to City of Heroes/Villians, but set in the Naruto universe.

You could completely customise your character, configure some of his power sets. The game would randomly select if your character is a member of a clan, and what kind of powers that clan has. You could also decide what village your ninja is from.

You'd start off as an eleven year old genin, fresh out of the academy. And after a certain amount of missions, or a certain amount of time, your character would age one year, and you could reconfigure his/her appearance. You could sign on to do the Chuunin exam. You could decide to leave the village (which, although would be harder, you'd gain experience faster) Or if you're powerful enough join the akatsuki or other organisation.

But the problem is, if the character dies once, then that's that. You're out of the running, and have to start from scratch.

Ideas? Thoughts? I'd love to hear what you guys think of this.

That would be awesome, but I'd hate it too seeing as how I suck at any MMORPG. sweatdrop

But die only once? Hell no! gonk At least make it so like you can go to the hospital or something.... crying Like you die, the screen blanks out, and then you go to the hospital.... or one of the medics heals you right where you died. sweatdrop Something, something....

I also don't like the clan idea, because you know some people will probably make multipe accounts tryingto get into Hyuga and what not. xd

xd It'd b even harder getting into Haku's Clan. It's not even named, and yet I love that clan to death! blaugh Who doesn't want to manipulate water at will? (Without having to use a jutsu! *gasp*)
