Jay Leno reads funny headlines every Monday night on The Tonight Show. We should buy his books of these funny things since all the profits go to juvenile AIDS relief. sadly, i filked these from the net.
this is a report of a city commission meeting.
often young cub reporters get sent to cover these dull affairs; one of them seems to have created this headline
"Seven of the nine commissioners voted unanimously."
