Let's complain about Viz! I have plenty of complaints. I just picked up volume 12 to find that once again their translations suck. So what else is new? You tell us!

 Vol. 12 wasn't as bad as the previous volumes.
Well sure that Lin, May Chang, Lan Fan, has return.
Besides that I don't find anything else wrong. confused

One of my favorite parts of the series, screwed up because of incredibly akward use of the English language. gonk Couldn't they have found a better way to word that! crying

I agree with one of the members there.
I'll continue buying it even if it there are errors because I enjoy FMA very much.
Everyone makes mistakes too.

I know... but I'm paying good money for these books! I'd think professionals should be able to handle these things. Don't they have editors anymore? gonk

It's not just FMA, they're messing up my other favorite series, too, or if they do it correctly, it just takes too ridiculously long. gonk
Volume 8 of Ouran High School Host Club was released in December, and volume 9 won't be out until July/June, as I've read. Pick up the pace, guys! On top of that, each volume of D. Gray-Man varies between 3-6 months.
Don't they have an e-mail where people can actually get to them? It'd be nice to see Ling, Mei, Xiao Mei, Fu, and Ran-Fan. (Though, I suppose one could see how Ran-Fan=Lan-Fan in English. Then again, it's not like we have Loy Mustang.)

I think they just translate Ling and Ran Fan like that because the stupid Fangirls would literally pronounce their names like it's written.
Actually, I did that for a while xd
Just like yous, I buy the Viz translations cause I wanna support the Manga and stuff. I like the series enough to buy it.
I want to laugh...

The crappy translations, (mostly with names) is all I can really complain about. And how they change them between volumes. burning_eyes
