Original Jutsu:-

Chidori(One Thousand Birds):
This jutsu is Kakashi's only original technique, though he now uses an S-ranked version known as the Lightning Blade. He created it around the time he was promoted to Jonin, and later taught it to Sasuke. This jutsu channels a large amount of chakra into the user's arm. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible to the naked eye. The technique actually alters the nature of the user's chakra, effectively converting it into electricity. As a side effect of the conversion process, the large amount of chakra, and the speed at which the user moves, this technique makes a loud noise similar to many birds chirping, hence the name (if the user is not in motion, it merely makes an electric crackling sound). Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and stabs their enemy with it. The amount of thrust combined with the large concentration of chakra allows the user to stab through almost anything; as such it is usually fatal to the enemy. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.

-Raikiri (Lightning Blade):
This jutsu is an enhanced form of the One Thousand Birds, and has the same, albeit more powerful, effect. Kakashi is the only one able to use it, and it is named as such because he once cut a lightning bolt with it before it hit the ground. This jutsu requires a larger amount of chakra and better chakra control. This is exemplified in their respective appearances. Whereas One Thousand Birds creates a large mass of chakra in one hand that appears near-white, the Lightning Blade is considerably more concentrated and appears in the normal blue color of chakra. Kakashi can only use this technique four times in a given day.

-Raikiri Senkou(Lightning Blade Finish):
Kakashi punches the enemy twice, sweeps them, and kicks them twice to launch them into the air, finishing with a Raikiri on the falling enemy's back.

-Raikiri Senkou(Lightning Blade Flash (2)):
Kakashi creates a Raikiri that is consumed with blinding light that blinds the enemy. Kakashi then attacks the blinded enemy with a ground scorching Raikiri.

-Sonona no Yuri Raikiri(The Original Lightning Blade):
Kakashi's first Lightning Blade, needs the use of a nearby lightning storm to power-up the Lightning Blade. Kakashi then jumps into the air and attacks the enemy by thrusting the lightning bolt-splitting Lightning Blade.

-Raikiri Nirentotsu(Twin Lightning Blade):
Kakashi creates a Lightning Blade, then splits it into two. He then stabs his opponent upward with one, leaps up, and then sends him back down with the second.

Summoning Jutsu:

-Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Ninken:
The Ninken (忍犬, The Ninken? literally "Ninja Dogs") are eight ninja dogs that Kakashi summons. All of the Ninken have a face-shaped design on their backs called a Henohenomoheji (へのへのもへじ), which is the sound made when all the characters in the face are put together. Appropriately enough, children use this design as the face for their scarecrows, which is kakashi in Japanese. The dogs themselves also seem to resemble other characters in the series, with two closely resembling Naruto and Gaara.

-Summoning: Earth Release: Tracking Fang Technique:
This jutsu summons eight Ninken (ninja dogs) directly into the ground. The Ninken follow a scent given to them during the summoning and burst from the ground under it, grabbing whatever target happens to be there at the time

Bio:
Like his father, Sakumo Hatake whose skills have been compared to that of the Legendary Ninja, Kakashi is considered a genius shinobi, graduating from the Ninja Academy at age 5 and achieving the rank of Chunin at 6. A few years after these accomplishments, Kakashi's father was disgraced by the village for abandoning a mission in favor of saving his comrades, which cost the Land of Fire dearly. Because of the shame he felt, Sakumo committed seppuku, leaving Kakashi to bear witness to the event. After his father's suicide, Kakashi began to adhere strictly to the rules of the shinobi – in particular the rule dictating that the success of the mission must come before the well being of one's teammates, causing him to become arrogant, humorless, and by-the-book.

At the age of 13, Kakashi achieved Jonin status. As a reward for his accomplishment, he was assigned to lead his team on a sabotage mission to blow up a bridge in order to prevent enemy forces from attacking Konoha. Shortly after the mission started, Kakashi's teammate, Rin was captured by enemy shinobi. Kakashi's other teammate, Obito Uchiha immediately stated his intention to save her, but Kakashi said they had to focus on completing the mission, opting not to make the same mistake his father had. Though Kakashi believed that they had to complete their objective, Obito eventually convinced him that his father had done the right thing in saving his teammates, causing Kakashi to join in on the rescue effort.

During their attempt to save Rin, Kakashi lost his left eye as a result of an enemy ninja's attack. To protect Kakashi, Obito managed to awaken his Sharingan and killed Kakashi's assailant. Soon after saving Rin, Obito again saved Kakashi, pushing him out of the way of another enemy's rock-dislodging attack but getting crushed in the process. Shortly before he died, Obito had Rin (a medical ninja) implant his Sharingan eye in Kakashi's damaged eye socket as a gift. As his first act with his new eye, Kakashi avenged Obito by killing the enemy ninja with his now-perfected Chidori technique, bringing the Kakashi of today into being.

Years later Kakashi would become a member of the Konohagakure ANBU where he served as a squad leader. During this time, he had several kōhai, named Yugao Uzuki and Tenzo, and recognized the latter as the most successful of his kōhai. It is unknown why he left ANBU, but he still wears iron guards on his gloves, a characteristic of ANBU uniforms.
