A lot of people seem to think that knowing certain things comes with the title of a fan. However, many seem to forget that they once didn't know the difference between Uke and Seme, or didn't know what OOC was.

For those people, this thread was made. In this thread, I will be creating a mini dictonary consisting only of fanfiction, fan created and/or anime associated works and terms.

If you have a term that you want to know, but isn't on here, just ask and it will be added. If you just noticed one that you think is important, but isn't on there, just post the word or phrase, and it too will be added.

what does OTP mean exactly?
I got the feeling that it means something like "Favorite pairing EVER" or something like that, but what's the acronym actually stand for?

What does the term "PWP" mean? I've been seeing it in a lot of fanfictions.
Thanks!

I've seen it as an abbrivation for "Porn Without Plot" and "Plot? What Plot?" They're basically the same thing. Also, a large glossary of other fanfiction terms similar to this one can be found on Wikipedia.
