I havent read the book, so maybe it says it in there. Or perhaps I missed something subtle in the movie. So does anyone know what the war is all about?

okay... so the prince from the neighboring country is missing (who turns out to be turnip) and then the neighboring country thinks that the kingsbury place or whatever took him. Yeah, so this huge war starts because the neighboring kingdom is missing thier prince.

The book is so much different but so much better inso many different ways. In the book there is no war, well not yet at least, other kingdoms are planning for war. And all of that freaky bird stuff isn't in the book either!

The movie had a really random ending to the war... It was like oh well the prince is back... So all of a sudden we'll all be nice and forget this whole thing ever happened kthxbye. xp

"Um... yeah, we bombed you, but our prince is safe now, so we'll give you guys a gift certificate for Sears and it'll be all cool, right?" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~give them yours :3
