Anyone go through the game for several months, only to return to the blissful peace [with local chat off, anyhow] that is pre-searing? I've done this recently, with a ranger I've created to stay in pre. It's nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of higher-level combat.

I did that a few months back with an Ele. There's just something about Pre that makes it a nice place to be, even though it's a relatively small area. I'm thinking of deleting one of my characters just so I can go back and try for the LDoA title. But I'll need to sell a bunch of stuff before that happens sweatdrop

Yeah, I stripped, salvaged and deleted my dervish to do so. I'm enjoying pre-sear much more than the derv, so it was worth it imo.

I just finished stripping and deleting my old Elementalist so I could go back to Pre. Not sure whether to make another Ele or go for a Ranger or Mesmer. Man, I wish I had a credit card to buy more slots.

I can't stand any tutorial/newbie areas. So I've tried not to recreate any of my characters.
