Well, it's that time of the year again... the grass is starting to turn green, flowers are blooming, punks are shedding their leathers and bands are on tour!
So what shows are you excited about seeing this summer? Going on any cool trips?
I'll be seeing Wolfbrigade in Chicago in June, I'm stoked! I also plan on going to Chaos en Tejas, a big punk fest in Austin.
I also just bought a new car, so I'm more inclinded to travel around and see other cities I haven't been to before... if you post a cool show I might head out to it. But I can really only do east coast... the west coast is way too far away. Although I may be taking a trip via train with some friends to LA this summer... who knows.

First thing I'm doing is going to see The Scarred, Destruct (yes, THE Destruct), Vengeance 77, and a bunch of other amazing bands about fifteen minutes from my house. Planning on getting trashed for the very first time. biggrin
Second, putting on at least two shows myself. Which should be fun, and painful, as I remember from the last ones I promoted.
And of course, spending the summer with my lovey and my amazing friends. Some of you kids should come down to Jersey and visit heart

Possibly going to see Stomper 98 when I'm in Gottingen, Deutschland this summer. Other than that maybe hit up Ska Circus or misc. shows in CA. I'll be all graduated and stuff and not going to college, so ******** it!

Missouri, California, New York, and Maryland. Warped Tour like every year. Basically, I have no shows planned yet. At all.

Who's playing Warped this year? I've never gone; gotta experience the pop punk bands with their fauxhawks and slip-on Vans at least once. xd

No Against Me! this year >_< But the Briefs and the Toasters! ...And neither of them are playing Jersey. Oh yeah, I almost forgot that Warped Tour sucks.

Ignorance is Your Disease Oi Ghoulish, yer coming out to California to visit potato and I, right? Well, it depends. I always forget where you guys live. The LA trip is sort of up in the air... but you guys live pretty far away from LA, don't you?

(Through suburban hell, take a right at the Piggly Wiggly, through the Redwoods, past the cannabis farms, by the bay.) 3nodding Yeah it's kinda far...

This year's line up is total a** compared to last year, which was complete and utter CRAP compared to '04 ('05 was the absolute worst, didn't even bother going). Not gonna bother this year, unless you REALLY wanna experience p***y pop rock bands protending to be total rockstars, bouncing around the stage like they're playing some hard-hitting rock n roll... but they're not, dear God they're not *vividly bad memories of Hawthorne Heights pierces his mind, and makes him cringe *. Cuz yeah... my dad's friend runs the security, so free show, so it would only be mentally painful, not painful in the wallet to really make you cry. THATS why the emo kids cry at shows! Cuz they're so goddamn sad they pissed away their money see such godawful bands! Ooh! We can dress up like emo kids, roffles. And we can "mosh" to TBS and Anberlin! Cuz you can totally ******** s**t up to emo music!
