Hagrid's cabin lies near the Forbidden Forest on the
outskirts of the Hogwart's grounds. There is a pumpkin patch behind his cabin and also a wooden fence around the patch. His entire cabin is, obviously, made of wood.

You may want to look out around this area... You never know what types of creatures Hagrid may be keeping around for his classes... And I guarantee that you won't be running from Fang, his scaredy dog.
