Ok so I'm so into Naruto right now that I would like to start a RP. But there will be rules!
Rules:
1. You must not cheat by saying your a hokage( or other kage) and basically kill everyone off. That would be no fun. Start at one of the basics like Genin or Chuunin and work you way up.
2. Remember to keep the foul language to none. Why because it is a guild rule! If I see any curseing you will have to donate gold or be banned.
3. Be kind to others. Again no going around killing everyone.
4. No saying you have a special jutsu that could kill someone in an instant. Again that's no fun.
5. Do not roleplay until you put up a description of your character. Meaning your name, class, country your from, your jutsus, and then a description. This way other characters know your abilites and will also make sure you don't cheat. If you want you can add to your jutsu's by saying you learned them but you can't learn like all jutsu's in one day. Add at least one new jutsu every few days.
6. Is too have fun! So please enjoy!

Country: hidden Leaf Village in Fire Country
Jutsus: the basic Inuzuka clan jutsus such as Gatsuuga, and Gijyuu Nipou-Shikyokumo Jutsu ( if you don't know is the jutsu where they mimic the beast technique) and her own (which i don't have a japanese name for it but... ) Dog on Leash training Jutsu ( how it works. It basically is that if you are hit on the neck with this jutsu it then becomes a string of chakra connected to the nerves in your neck like a leash. When connected to the nerves it gives you the power to control your opponent)
Description: Her face having the Inuzuka markings and has short dark brown hair with a wrapped long pigtails and yellow eyes. Wearing a black t-shirt with fur edges with a ying yang symbol on it. Pants are shin high and are black also with fir edging. She carries just regular ninja equipment. She wears her ninja headband around her neck like hinata. Also has a dog campainion like Akaumaru but her name is Shiro-chan and she has pointed ears and is white colored.

Justus: various water jutsus, water dragon missle, water clones, water prison, hidden mist technique, spelcialty technique: lunar dragon missle (think water dragon missle but with light, sunlight, moonlight, anylight, the move absorbs light in the surrounding area, then forms it into a dragon missle technique)
discription: olive skin, brown medium long hair, brown eyes. Wears a black trenchcoat without an undershirt, black long pants. along with his normal equipment he keeep two large collapsable shuriken. His head band covers his right eye, but he can see through the fabric. He too has an animal companion, a turtle, kept in his coat pocket, named Blaster.
