People who have died usually pass on, go to either heaven or hell, but it seems for some time now a few chosen people have been transported into a nirvana that lingers somewhere between the boundries of life and death. Here, they led lives of peaceful oblivion , not recalling their pasts or questioning where they were. But finally, it looks as though the reason they were kept is being made apparent. In the world of earth, evil is spreading, killing its people and destroying its villages and the humans are no match for the creatures responsible. The people residing in this paradise cannot die again and have been granted unusal powers to help deal with the disaster befalling earth. They are told of this while stilll they live in this half-world by a being with only voice, no body but soon they must leave and aid earth and the voice has promised to help get them there, later.

Our team, our hope for the world: Kimiko Adurami-
Born around 1799 in Japan, she was trained to be a geisha but she's trained long and hard with whips and swords to prepare. She "died" when another geisha poisoned her meal from jealousy of some sort.
Power- Kimiko can use psychokinesis (the ability to use the mind to influence matter or energy)Played by- Black Angel Blood Charles Luxem-
Born in the mid-nineteenth century, Charles was a proper Englishman until he was run over by a horse-drawn carriage. He specializes in wielding a revolver.
Power- Charles is able to make himself intangible for short amounts of time and can slow and possibly stop time for short periods. Played by- Jean Derue-
A Frenchman born at around 1650, Jean is quiet and shy. He died when he fell from a ship as he was sailing to England to negotiate with a duke friend of his.
Power- Jean wields elemental powers, he can control water and wind.Played by- Nevaeh Booth-
An American who died in 1992. She is the most recent and knows best what the world has come to and aids in the coaching of others. She died in a car accident.
Power- Elemental powers of fire and earth.Played by- thymeast22 Justin-
An American who has died recently. He was caught in the crossfire at the school he attended. Nobody knows his last name, although he appears to be about 15.
Powers- He can control his yin and his yang to alter his appearance, but not for long periods, as it drains his body. Played by- Kajou-shun If you want to be one of them, post your intent!

Kimiko paced anxiously. She had been told to wait here to meet her team and so far, she was alone. She slashed at the air with her whip, sending an alarmed bird flying several feet higher. She was ready to go, they had restored some of her memories of the outside world and she was no longer content to stay in this paradise.

Justin looks around anxiously, searching for his team members.
"Where is she?" He walks around until he finally spots a girl standing. "Is that the right person?..." He walks over to the girl.
"Ummm.....are you... on the team?", he asks shyly.

He flinched at the sound of the whip, but quickly regained his composure and sat down, bored, sighing deeply.

Neveah came up, pushing her hair from her face. "You're both going? I think we need to leave, I doubt anyone else is coming, and they can always catch up." she said.

"Are you all ready to descend upon the mortal world? Kimiko, you have been dead for a very long time and Earth has changed since you left its embrace. Listen well to Nevaeh and Justin and watch yourself. I will open up a rift, if you will that you must only step through and you will be transported to earth. I will send along any lagging members of your group. Once there, you will meet Devia. She will take you from there." The voice was one that brooked no arguement and, as it stopped, a glimmering rip-like form appeared out of thin air, looking like finest opal, shimmering all colors. kimiko walked towards it with fascination but no fear and then pushed herself in.

She followed them, the rift closing behind her. She'd seen things just a strange, but was wondering if anything had changed in the what, 15?, years she'd been "dead".
