Breating step 1
ok so for the first step is the hardest what you need to do is cut youre avis head off. make sure none of his clothes are showing.then remove most of the sot part of the head.
next you reattach it one pixel lower than it origanly was then just put it on youre animation progem at frame one.

If you thought that was easy wait till you do the next step. oh and i forgot to mention if you have a sword like i do you bring the bottem part down one pixel 2
Breating step 2
ok for this step you need to use the free form tool, kinda the same but uyou control what you move.
you cut off the upper torso with the head with it.
and you add that on one pixel down, along with your sword and put that over youre last body as frame 3

Breating step 3
ok this is the last of the paint steps!
this time you need to get most of the upper body to drag down one pixel wiht the sword.
and after you move it down one pixel it becomes frame 4

Breating step 4
This is the fourth and final step first you need to put youre normal avi as the first frame and have it time delayed as .2 seconds and have the rest as .1 seconds. after that you copy frame 2 and 3 and have 3 go after 4 then 2 after 3. Then you make step 4 delayed .3 seconds. so he will go down and go all the way up. As long as you have it looped it will seem like he keeps breathing!
