I have a headache. you should drink some water. ok you know what works for me...pepermint oil, you rub that on your pressure points and across your forehead, also the bridge of your nose, go to sleep and your headache will be gone...works every time I get a headache.

Thats what me mum does~ but she puts so much on my nose, it stings my eyes gonk
If that doesnt work, takes panadol or something like that and shut the blinds always works for me with the peppermint oil
