It's truly simple

I use this method most of the time for my balance druid and it works quite well
If possible use kitty and pounce
The target should be stunned-
Then switch to cast and let em have swarm and moonfire
Then poof into bear form and use demorilizing roar (If against a melee class) and then bash
Then simply switch to caster, stick a rejuv if wanted or needed, and let em have it ><
Of course Im only 53, I can only imagine what you can do with the further along the line abilities
