What is it with the world and producing this so called rap music which in reality, isn't music what-so-ever. Am I the only one that thinks that the word 'instrument' does not include computer produced sounds?
I simply do not understand how someone can find pleasure in filling their eardrums with the droll of a man speaking lyrics... or rap as they call it, or a man in a winy voice singing over and over the same words.
*coughNeYocough*
Hmm I seem to have a cold.
Does your list of tunes consist of this kind of music or are you one of the minority who actually listen to true music?

I listen to all sorts of music, anywhere from The House of Pain to Garbage, or Vanilla Ice to Blessed Union of Souls.
Most anything with good vocals and drums can rock my boat. (As long as it's not Whiny Pop or modern Rap.)

What I mean by electronic crap is music that is meant to sound as if it is produced from the mouth of a human and/or an instrument when it is not.

When even the most barbaric instruments were created, people probably ran around screaming, "DONT MAKE NOISE WITH SUCH WEIRD OBJECTS OF SATAN!"
Lather, rinse, repeat, and you have what people feel about electronic music.
Music is a bunch of sounds. It's just another way to make those sounds.

Rap to me isn't the best kind of music.... but I'll let people decide that for themselves.
As for my own musical tastes, well a lot of people probably wouldn't consider it music because its mostly screaming and such. It's all a matter of opinion 3nodding

I think there is a wide viriety of different ways of making music. Yes its true rap these days is barley original but i think alot of music made with computers or other such mixers and such is still music and sounds great. I think that music is not defined with certian instruments its just making sounds to combine into a beat or a new sound that works together.
