This is about the Beyon Tournament itself. I want to start putting things together to prepare for this, but I want to start a discussion with everyone's input.
Discuss:
Rules, teams, judges, battles, organization, anything else having to do with how the tournament should be ran and put together.

As for organization, that'll have to be talked out. I'm sure everyone wants their own part in this, so that can be discussed separately. I only suggest that teams be comprised of three members, with one alternate.
It would get much more attention if we were to advertise the tourney outside of the ML, such as placing an OOC recruit thread in the Barton OOC area. Most roleplayers tend to look for recruiters there.
As soon as more notice is generated for this Tourney, I'll be holding tryouts for my team.
As for a judges form, you could use something like this:
Recruiting - JUDGES
Those who seek the position of a Judge should be literate and have no ties/affiliations with any registered teams. Judges are expected to be fair and accurate in their results and will be kicked from the tourney for any foul play on any grounds relating to the tournament. As of now, Judges are not allowed to fight in the tourney.
REGISTERED JUDGES [number of Judges subject to change]

A 'special' team of three Judges are to be formed for the final event of the Tournament. These Judges are roleplay-only and will be playing significant parts in the plot arc of the tourney. As of now they are to be the final opponents of the winning team. 'Normal' judges may not be RP Judges.
