General Rules:
This is a quick reference list for all the rules stated in the guild. These rules are expected to be followed by all members.

Please note that the word 'Kings' can be switched with the words 'Queens', 'Presidents', 'Patriarchs', 'Matriarchs', ect.

1). The Gaian TOS. Read it. Love it. Follow it.
2). Be (semi-/almost-)literate. Use a spellchecker if you have problems with spelling.
3). You cannot have a character in two (or more) threads. Each character is bound by logic and cannot be in two (or more) locations at the same time.
4). No godmodding, puppeteering, or pulling any looked down upon antics.
5). This guild's roleplaying is in the third person. An example of this would be "He swung his sword sideways at the large mammoth creature". Something that would not be appropriate would be "I swung..". Simple, right?
6). Go here for information on becoming an official recruiter and the rules associated with being one.
7). Like it or not, Gaia is rated PG-13. Although most moderators are lenient about verbal/violence stuff that goes above that rating everyone should try to keep all their posts at the PG-13 level.
8]. No double accounting!!! anyone found guilty of it will be summarily BANNED FOR LIFE from Anthelos. If already in the guild, bring it to me, and ONLY the mule will be Expelled. If found again after that, ALL ACCOUNTS WILL BE EXPELLED FOR LIFE.
this helps to prevent cheating, and making your character better. say one is a king or queen, and you have a peasant- this disables you from being your own champion, or worse, your own Avatar. this also prevents power rushes. IE one person has two characters, both Rulers. they now Own half of Anthelos. This is not very fair, so it is outlawed.
9].

Specific Rules:
  • Mortals:
    • If you have children, which you will need to beseech a deity of your choosing if you wish to bless him/her, when you die you may take the form of your child and continue the family name.

  • Kings:
    • Kings can be assassinated by a 1d20 die ('dice'). Even numbers means that the king in question dies and odd numbers means that the action fails. One assassination attempt can be done every three days.
    • Kings are required to have a heir of some sort.
    • All kings must have a biography/history posted.

  • Gods:
    • A god cannot be the prime deity in more than one nation. xcept Angstrom, who is Generally accepted by all, save the few who hate him.
    • God's champions cannot be NPCs (non player characters). They must be player characters.
    • Gods, obviously, are limited to their set power. They cannot call upon the powers of other gods (unless they ask politely), and cannot do anything outside of their realm of abilities (however large they may be..).

In addition, there are two more rules I'd like to add.

1. All profiles are to be submitted to me for approval, and will move them into their respective countries.

2. You are required to post at least once a week, and read everything in your general area. If the thread had a baby boom and jumped five pages in one day, PM me for a general summary.
